Libby was really helpful today
Libby was really helpful today. Our Son is autistic and wears orthotic insoles which making getting shoes difficult. Libby was able to find shoes to fit which have a removable insole. Thank you.

Poor Customer Service in Newark
Very poor customer service at their Newark on Trent store- rude and unhelpful, and abrupt whilst having my child’s feet measured to seek summer shoes. Expected much more from Clarks.
Previous customer service has been good including whilst replacing pre-walking shoes that split on the first wear but that quality concern now plus today’s appalling customer experience has left me intending to shop elsewhere for my child’s shoes.

Fab service by Chanel, Newark Branch.
I visited Clarkes today to buy some new shoes for my little boy. He can get quite upset, which he did today, however Chanel was very patient with him and I managed to get him two pairs, and they were in the sale! Bargain. Fab service and by the end of it, he kept saying bye to Chanel until out of sight!
