They only had two people seeing customers but they were both great. We were served by Grace who couldn't have done more and was so good with the kids!! Really good customer service and advice offered too!

Excellent service received from Katie at the northampton shop today. Although the shop was busy she was multitasking and attentive. She went above and beyond to help my daughter fine her school shoes as we struggle with her having wide feet. Katie was absolutely amazing at showing us some many options and knowing exactly what we needed.

Grace was perfect with our daughter, she was patient and took her time and was very supportive. My daughter was very happy with this experience.

Unfortunately the shoes were too tight fitting. I returned them to the Northampton shop. The Customer service was first class. The refund was repaid promptly.

I went to Clarks because I wanted to get the first pair of shoes for my little one’s first birthday. Grace was very friendly and professional. She measured my baby’s foot gently and with care. It’s my first time buying babies’ shoes so I was clueless. Grace explained and demonstrated how she checked the correct fit for my baby. She also explained the difference between pre walking and walking shoes. I really appreciate her help and support. Thank you so much!

She was warm, engaging, and entirely child-focused throughout the appointment. Her friendly and professional manner made the entire experience enjoyable and completely stress-free. Grace took the time to explain each step to my son, helping him feel comfortable and involved throughout the fitting. Patient and child friendly approach towards my daughter when getting her new sandals fitted today. Grace was lovely and congratuled my daughter on her good taste for choosing the pink and teal design 😉

Want to make a shout-out to kally in (Northampton 5506) who helped me find the perfect shoes that actually fit my feet perfectly. She listened to my needs and gave great recommendations. She was brilliant and helped me to find my best shoes!

All the staff were at the desk as I struggled to measure my granddaughter’s feet.
When taking a shower to the desk to pay she asked if I wanted the other? I hardly want one.
No enthusiasm from any staff. I didn’t really want to buy anything to be honest but needs must.

We was served by Grace for a pair of shoes for my daughter. She went above and beyond to help find something to fit and made the girls feel very comfortable. Thank you Grace!

My first experience a week ago on Wednesday was not to great as I asked if there was a shoe but she said we was looking in wrong place which is fine but when we said if anything similar she said no we don’t without looking. I booked a shoe fitting appointment and was late Katie m and service manager very helpful when beyond and made this situation better as wife said she won’t go anymore.

After buying school shoes for my son at the Centre MK store. His feet had been measured but I had to return the shoes as they were rubbing on his toes on the first day of wearing them. I went to the Northampton store to change them. The service from there was impeccable. A lady named Grace that looked after my son to get him the right shoe, took her time to measure and check he was comfortable with the shoes that were chosen. When she measured his feet she knew he had very narrow feet straight away and knew how his feet should look in the shoe when he was walking around. Grace took the time to find the right shoe for my son and in turn my son felt comfortable throughout the whole interaction. Thank you Grace. My son gives you a thumbs up. I will be returning to the Northampton store from now on whenever new school shoes are needed.

Kally from Northampton store 5506 was very helpful yesterday by measuring my 2 year old son’s feet to ensure we are buying the right size for him. Even offered the shoe labels at the till to ensure my son don’t lose his shoes at nursery. Very friendly and helpful

Visited Northampton and was served by Louis. He was very helpful and had soo much patience and gave us the time we needed to find school shoes after previous shoes from another shop had caused rubbing. He advised the shoes from Next were too narrow around the toes and went through several shoes to find the right fit, comfort and leather for everyday school shoes. Thank you!
