We went to the shop in Poole and Adam was amazing. What I liked is he spoke to my daughter who’s shoes we where shopping for like she was an adult and rather focus questions to me asked what she wanted. As she is 13 independence is everything. Thank you and great work Adam

Charlotte was very helpful.
When we visited the poole store today we had Charlotte serve us who was very welcoming and was so helpful, helped us find the perfect school shoes and advised us in the best ways on which ones were best fitting. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thankyou.
