Went to clarks with my friend to see the deals and collections and came back with a shoe which is extremely comfortable. Excellent service and excellent staff. Thanks Kiran for the discount.

I was served today by Ewan who helped me pick out some new shoes for my 1 year old daughter. He was great with her talking to her and reassuring her while measuring her feet. My daughter had a great time picking out her new shoes and making Ewan laugh copying everything he was saying. He made shoe shopping for a toddler a fun experience. Thank you 😊

Today, I visited Clark’s shop in Solihull twice. The first time, a young lady served me who was very attentive and professional. The shop was very busy but that didn’t alter the good service I received. Having made up my mind, I returned a second time and I was served by Pat who was so kind and professional and got me sorted with right style and size. Thank you to all in Clarks, Solihull. ,

Good experience at Clark’s. My Husband ordered shoes from the shop in Solihull and delivery was quick but were too small. So we visited the shop in person and was greeted by a lovely young man named Ewan who was so helpful. I must commend him for his bright and cheerful nature and so knowledgeable about the shoes we bought.

Tanisha was patient , professional and very friendly and polite she gave great advice and we were very happy with our purchase . Both my daughters thought she was great . Thank you
