A Credit to Clarks

Cutomer service to its finest! Ewan today demonstrated to me that customer service skills still exist albeit they are rare to find these days. A true gentleman in nature. Welcomed me with a warm smile as i walked through the door and saw me through to a satisfied sale at the end of it. Will be visiting this Clarks store in Solihull again for sure!

Staff Ewan really helpful to find…

Staff Ewan really helpful to find another side of the shoe. Quite a lot of customers in the shop at that time, he had to handle other customers at the same time. From my observations, he could manage in an efficient and professional way.

Kai from Solihull is amazing!

Went to Clarks in Solihull on Saturday afternoon and had wonderful service from Kai! They were super helpful with my needs, and very patient with me.

A truly great member of staff!

5 stars experience!

It was my first time purchasing from Clarks. I was very impressed by the experience. I tried 3 different pairs of boots and each with wide/standard fit. Ewan was really helpful and patient with me. He encouraged me to try a pair of heels that I won't usually go for. I ended up purchasing this pair as my first pair of Clarks boots. They're really comfortable. It was the last day of Black Friday sales and I got an extra 10% off by signing up to the mailing list. 5 stars experience at Solihull Clarks. Thank you!
