Wonderful experience. Amrit was very patient and attentive when catering towards my daughter’s needs, making sure she felt comfortable in the shoes. Even when the ones she had originally chosen were not available Amrit made sure to bring out just as good alternatives which we ended up buying. She has proven Clarks cares about their customers and are an excellent store. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Clarks Wolverhampton when looking for school shoes for your kids.

Josh was so helpful and great with the kids. We had a terrible experience earlier in the week in Clarks in the Bull Ring, Birmingham and my grand daughter didn’t really want to go in but Josh understood and really made a difference. Well done great customer care

Took our son in today for his first shoes and Raj was absolutely fantastic with him. She really took the time to get his correct measurements as he was quite wiggly but she made the experience super easy. We will be back for his next pair!

I went to my local store intending to buy two pairs of shoes. Both were in stock. Amazing as I can never seem to get size 4.5 shoes. Alex served me with a smile and was more than helpful, making sure that I was happy with my choice. She puts customer service first. Lovely to have an actual shop instead of guessing size/fit online.
