I visited Clark’s shop in Wolverhampton this afternoon with my cousin who travels all the way from Shanghai to visit me for a week. As she heard about Clarks shoes are very well made, therefore it’s the obvious place for her to do her shoes shopping there. The staff especially Alex was extremely helpful. Although the shoes my cousin really liked but she wanted a second thought. Alex was kindly hold that pair of shoes for a day to consider it. I myself found a pair of green sandals but without the right size. Only size 7G in the shop. Alex was kindly to place an order (size 8G) for me. Her politeness and helpfulness were most impressed. For this reason, I decided to take time and report our satisfaction on the experience in the shop today.

Raj from the Wolverhampton store was fantatsic. She was great with our little boy, measured him and brought a selection of shoes out around the same style we had chosen. It was quick and she was very professional! Thank you

Raj and Maddy were both amazing in their customer service.

I came to the store with no vision on what I wanted, however Raj and Maddy came to the rescue by measuring my foot size and choosing multiple options of shoes that fit my needs.

Greeted us with an hello as she approached us gracefully. My Mother purchased a pair of shoes for her at the hospital on her feet all day. Amazing service.

I came into my wolverhampton store to exchange some trainers. I was met by the shop assistant Tas, who greeted me politely, and asked how she could help. I told her about the difficulty buying shoes, hence the reason for my return item. She said she didn't have the seize I required in store but could order them. She proceeded to inform me that she did have it in a wide fitting which was a 6. I
tried it on and it fit nicely, but was a little concerned about how slightly tighter the left foot was than the right, she assured that it would loosen the more I wore it. She suggested I wear it about the house, incase I wanted to return it.

Tas was attentive, polite, understanding and patient she helped me zip the zipper up on the trainer, she gave me space and didn't hover over me. As a young girl she was very respectful, an asset to Clarks.

I had a fantastic experience at Clarks in Wolverhampton thanks to Maddy. I came in for an exchange and also needed insoles for my shoes. Maddy was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. She answered all my questions and made the whole process seamless. Great customer service and a really pleasant experience overall!

Visited the branch on Monday, initially we phoned into the Wolverhampton Branch and arranged an appointment with ease with Raj. Once attended we were seen very quickly to get my son’s first shoes. Raj was very patient and extremely helpful. We purchased his first shoes which are suitable to encourage walking. We would definitely visit again and recommend to others. Great service and supported well. Thanks again Raj!
