Their jewellery is beautiful, comes beautifully packaged and is sold at a good price and therefore good value for money. Bridal set
Absolutely stunning for the price. My original bridal set needs repairing, so I bought this set to wear until it's returned. But I'm so happy with this set that I will wear this set for work etc and keep my original set for best. Great quality, looks fantastic on, had lots of people commenting on how nice they are. Very happy with my purchase, highly recommend.

Nice looking bracelet and value for money

I’ve only good things to say about this company I have purchased several pieces all beautiful but Xmas I bought a emerald necklace and ring set it was absolutely perfect for my granddaughter and she loved it as a gift for her 21st and Xmas the ring I ordered was wrong size I emailed Andy and he sorted it got me another ring in time for her special days the customer service is great but the pieces of jewellery are amazing I love everything I’ve purchased as does my granddaughter thank you everybody at Claro for everything.

The quality of the jewellery for the price is amazing! Beautiful pieces everyone compliments thinks it's a more expensive piece! I will continue to buy not just because of the quality but, the customer service. I had an issue with one order I put the wrong size in when ordering. One email later and they couldn't be more helpful even offered me a replacement piece and that they'd cover the cost! I declined as I wanted the piece I'd ordered to match my partner (mum & dad rings). Amazing company who really values their customers!

The ring arrived next day and looked beautiful, exactly as pictured, and of great quality.
The customer service has been unparalleled. I ended up with a larger ring than intended through my own fault and even though it was past the return date, they accepted to exchange my ring for the correct size. I’m super grateful and I recommend them to anyone looking to buy jewellery.

I received my second delivery of a ring.
It was more than I was expecting the quality and workmanship was second to nun. Also the design is a unique piece not seen in the high street jewellery shops. Will be placing my third delivery in the new year. Highly recommended. Not yo be disappointed. Try and see for themselves.

I had purchased earrings from Claro jewels in fact I had purchased a couple of pair of earrings…and the ones I had just over the year it had as I thought fell out of my ear but when I tried to put it in I noticed the clip from the earring had snapped off (they were expensive earrings) I emailed Claro jewels and they told me to send it back ..which I did I paid £8 for a recorded delivery when they received the earring they said it can’t be repaired and it was out of warranty it was a month over the year ..I knew they wouldn’t except liability they offered to pay me £70 for the earring but what use is one earring so I refused so they returned my earring still snapped and no better off ..I thought Claro jewels would have tried to work something out but the didn’t so I have one snapped earring and one whole one ….and I’m really disappointed in this shop..

Delivery was prompt, 2 days and excellent value for money. Lovely gifts for friends with these lower budget rings. Wonderful company, would highly recommend.

I have just received a wonderful ring from this fantastic jewellers, I have to say the experience has been amazing from begining to end just faultless! The customer service is fantastic , posted to me same day and the Actual Ring Well, Im just over the moon , its fabulous and looks better than my £6000 engagement ring thats in for repair! ! Superb quality , so sparkly and I truly couldnt have asked for more , So much so , Iv ordered a second one yesturday for a spare I love It that much.
