Very good service and good quality jewellery, I love my ring, will defo buy again

Ordered ring from Claro Jewels. Arrived in good time but too small. Returned ring with instructions for next size up. Had opportunity to get finger properly measured and e-mailed Claro Jewels to up size again. Claro Jewels accepted all this with great politeness. Ring has been delivered, beautiful, fits perfectly.

Really nice rings but a little chunky for my slim fingers, such a shame as great quality.
The customer service was great. I did have to pay to return them (tracked) but the refund was vey quick and no hassle.

Just wanted to say wow, quick service and a beautiful ring. Will definitely be ordering again.

I happen to come across Claro on Instagram & immediately saw a ring I loved so decided to purchase same the ring came the next day & its absolutely beautiful & such good quality, I had made contact with Adam regarding a query I had & he replied immediately & was so helpful & kind so I actually purchased another one about 3 days later again the ring came the next day & is also stunning, I could not recommend this site enough definitely 10/10 for me & can't wait to make my next purchase
