A series of extremely unprofessional and irresponsible customer service experiences

As a professional educator, a seemingly straightforward inquiry has recently resulted in a series of prolonged and unproductive communications.

The following content is substantiated by actual email records.

1. The customer service staffs exhibited highly unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. They failed to address my inquiries directly, instead delaying responses with misleading information or lies and ultimately ignoring my emails altogether.

2. Customer service staff claimed that the platform actively manages and intervenes with students who are absent without notice, but no such action was observed in practice. Customer service staff finally admitted that there was no relevant evaluation system and measures at all.

3. Customer service staff claimed that the issue had been escalated to a department responsible for handling customer complaints; however, upon further investigation, it was revealed that no such department exists.

4. Customer service staff claimed that as an instructor, if I am unable to tolerate students frequent absences scheduled classes without prior notification, resulting in wasted time waiting online, then I shouldn't have taken bookings from students in the first place. How would I know when and which student would absences a scheduled class without notice?

5. General warnings from mail notifications of Classgap: "If you fail to confirm the booking request, the free trial option on your profile will be disabled and your profile could be removed from Classgap." This implies that I must accept the situation as it is, regardless of its nature.

6. When I requested an apology for their unprofessional conduct, the customer service staffs disregarded my email and refused to provide any response. This type of direct neglect and lack of response has occurred on multiple occasions.

It is evident that, in the eyes of the customer service team, students are prioritized as "Gods," while teachers are treated as expendable resources that can be discarded at will.

Great option to learn English

I have been using Classgap for the last few months and it is a great system for learning English faster and easier. You can choose your teacher based on your preferences and choose different classes depending on your availability. Easy and useful.

Good teacher

Good teacher. Easier to chose teacher that fit to my requirements, based on video recording in language that I want to learn (not in English). Possibility to pay in euros. Easy to use and user friendly website. Easy to reschedule lessons. Good value for money lessons.

Excellent music tutor

Excellent music tutor. Had 6 lessons so far. Software and internet connection work fine, although you have to use Classgap's software on Google Chrome. I like the flexibility in that you can buy 1, 5 or 10 classes with the tutor.

So far I'm enjoying the platform. My teacher has reached out to me quickly and the website is easy to navigate. I just started using Classgap but so far I'd recommend it to my friends and family.

Very comfortable and user friendly…

Very comfortable and user friendly service to find a teacher. With a possibility for a first free call. I found a tutor exactly how I need, with background in my field. The prices are quite affordable, and the whole platform looks for me quite good currently.

Very Good Support, nice layout
