It’s a scam. Not at advertised. No information- just “no problems found” after every line. I know it’s difficult to trace an 11 digit vin number from the 1940s but if you can’t do it don’t advertise t... See more

I was sent a generic (fake) build sheet. It didn’t include transmission or paint color. To top it off the vehicle history was nothing. A 1971 car has a history. I’ve contacted them numerous times. No luck. Not getting calls or emails returned. Instant chat is crickets. Disputing charges.

Classic that needs a build sheet..

Appears that the vehicle I am researching just has a build sheet available. Considering the age of the truck, a build sheet would be most helpful since I will be attempting to go back original. So, Classic Decoder for a very nominal charge is being most helpful.

5 stars all around!

Very easy to use website and a great resource to get your window sticker. I was curious about some of the specs and packages on my car and this was a perfect way to find out! Their customer support is top notch too!

Classic Decoder - Common Thieves

I requested and paid for a "Window Sticker". After waiting several days with no response from Classic Decoder, I reminded them of my request, showing them proof of their charge for the report on my credit card. I asked them to either provide the report or refund my money. They have ignored my multiple requests and have neither sent the report nor refunded my money.

This was a great experience because I didn’t know this site existed. It helps me track down the true history of my car. It also helps me assess the value and find out the true worth of the car.
