I ordered an elephant pillow at the end of 2017. Almost a year later and haven't received anything. They stopped responding to all emails.

Sent (or so I thought) a cute gift to my new great niece and learned that it was never received. Lesson learned!!!

I placed an order in February 2018 and still have not received it. I have contacted customer service on 5 different occasions for an update. Customer service will NOT help you at all. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Ordered 2 elephant plush chairs in February 2018, it's now October 2018 and they haven't replied to my emails and still no refund or product

I ordered something for my grandson in February and it is now October - still waiting. This place is a rip off do not order from them....

I ordered things last February and still havent received them. Sooo i guess they stole my money and i cant do squat about it !!!!

So we have all been scammed. Now how do we get our money back?

SCAM SCAM SCAM haven’t received any of the items I ordered and they don’t respond to any form of Communication

It's been almost a year and I have not received not one of the items I purchased. I spend almost $100. I am very mad and I can not get in touch with anyone if someone could give me advice on how to get my money back please let me know thanks.

Scam! Ordered an Elephant chair in February this year (2018) and have never received my item despite chasing it up with them many times!
I did previously receive friendly responses from them by email advising that shipping can take longer than expected...then suddenly no responses to my emails. I even sent a letter the their 'head office' in New York but obviously have had no response. Absolute joke. The amount of money I paid was not significant but it seems they have done this over and over again so the amount will add up! Still a scam no matter the amount they took. Endorsed by Facebook too otherwise would not have gone on their website!

Total scam, they took my money and never sent me what I purchased and now their websites don't work, so wrong to do this to people, my girls waited for months on end for Thier elephants to come in the mail and they never did, absolutely discraseful

OMG I was scam with this company. I feel so mad I ordered some items in December when I was pregnant & kept on emailing the company about my order. I got an mail saying that they are going to resend the items again & now we are in September of course no items yet. WoW can't believe it.

Big fat scam ordered 4 items from them over a month ago, cannot contact them website no longer available. Wished I had of looked at all these reviews first. I will be looking into every online shop I buy from from now on.

Ordered 2 peek a boo elephants back in July!! I have still not received them. Tried reaching out twice to the email. Never received a response from anyone. Now the link to the store doesn't work anymore. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Got only one item from the company when I ordered. Still waiting for other orders, was told on their way and they will resend. Now website doesn't work

super bad, scam, i ordered two items and nothing, and yet they told someone that is their promotional price, can you imagine all the money they stole at 4.95 a person, i too tried to go onto their website and it is no longer available, go figure. lesson learned

Scam. Ordered a elephant chair months ago kept checking track package. It would get pushed back the new date was suppose to be Sept 15. All of a sudden their website is down. Don't waste your time.

Have never received any items that I've ordered. Did occasionally get an email response when chasing, but always said the same. I lost some money via them. Fancy Eva seem to be a similar company to this as yet again not received item ordered plus cannot now get to their website!
