Been 5 months. Have not recvd product nor am i able to reach anyone for a refund.

I am having a baby next month and saw their ad for free elephant baby items months ago. I thought the pillow would be perfect for her nursery and the elephant chair would be perfect once she’s a toddler. I have tried multiple times to reach them with out any success!! Do not order anything! It’s a scam! You’ll never get your items or reach an actual person! Waste of money and a scam!!

They don't even deserved one star. They're also known as Elegant Evy. My mistake is not googling first about this company to see the review. I saw the opportunity for a free elephant chair and just pay the shipping. Its been months and they keep changing my delivery date with no explanation of why it's delayed. Tried contacting them multiple times and never gotten a reply.
BEWARE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Sad to say I have had the same experience as most others. They were responsive initially and said they would send another order, and even sent a tracking number. I placed the order in February. Here we are, near mid-September, and I still have not received an order, nor have I been responded to after my last attempt at contact or refunded for any of the costs. It's sad, because I liked the items and would have purchased from them again - they have great looking stuff. Just be wary. Go through a company like Etsy or Pura Vida or, you know, the reputable ones who DON'T screw people over.

ordered 2 items in 2017!!!! Never received items despite being told they would re-ship and that the postal service was slow....they are thieves pure and simple. Never heard from them again when I finally said i'd had enough with their excuses and wanted my credit card refunded. DO NOT ORDER FROM CLASSY ELLA

Stole my money. Never recieved the item I ordered. Promised to resend and never did. It’s been over six months now.

Never got my stuff... I have a friend that never got her stuff either... We put our order in on February 6, 2018.. Wrote them a few times, they told us it was coming never did. Now when i try to contact it says no such address. Very bad...

This is honestly the worst company i have ever dealt with. I ordered a lounge pillow for my newborn son 2 months before he was even due! He is now 5 months old and I still have not received the item! I sent countless emails concerning the purchase and all they had to say was 'standard shipping may take 15-25 days excluding any holiday interruptions' blah blah. Doesnt excuse the 7 month delay! Never order from this company!

Bought an elephant chair. 3 months later still no chair. They promised to send another one and here we are 4 additional months later with no chair!

Report them through the FBI, this is someone stealing your money.

I order back in January and never received my packages. such a scam!! I emailed back and forth and they just stop responding or tell me they are resending everything and yet here we are in September and still nothing. I have repeatedly ask for a refund and nothing. How can they get away with this? I hope one day someone stands up to them and puts them out of business and put in jail for all the scamming!!

There needs to be a ZERO star rating!!! I’ve emailed back and forth sooo many times and they just keep telling me that shipping takes a long time to the states and then they said they’d mail me another pillow. I ordered this pillow before our daughter was born and she’s now 5.5 months old! No need for the pillow anymore. They’ve scammed everyone! Ridiculous!

I order 5 elephant's in september of 2017 and i still havent got nothing they were christmas presants that the kids never got no phone number to call sent messages and now i cant send nothing very upsetting never deal with this company ...

I ordered the Elephant stools in March, i emailed them in May and they sent fake tracking numbers. they will not respond to any emails and I've requested a refund.

I'd ordered a peek a boo elephant in may this year and haven't received it and they had started answering emails at 1st and had "sent" 2 replacementso but still not received any .. so disappointed as this was to be my grandsons 1st birthday present

They are also known as elegantevy.com and elephant lovers on Facebook. It’s a scam! Tried to contact them but never got a response.

Scamming Thieves, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING , YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ITEM AND WONT REPLY TO EMAILS ! I have been trying to contact them for well over 6 months, not happy. 👊👎
