Take your money but do not have the goods
Order made over a month ago took my money but still have not given me a dispatch date despite numerous calls and emails. Company either in serious trouble or do not understand the fundementals of commerce. I urge you to look elsewhere

Tap arrived within 4 days. It has now been fitted and is working well.
No problems at all
Was a bit worried having read some of the reviews after I'd already placed my order. But I have had no problems, delays etc at all. Lights were stated to be in stock on the website and they arrived a couple of days after I'd ordered them, all present and working just fine.
Courier let the side down.
Seems to be so often the case that couriers are the weak link. The product is excellent for the price and although the item arrived damaged the staff at CLC were very professional in getting the matter put right as soon as physically possible. they are easy to talk to and ring you back when they say they will. Would definitely use them again.
WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN
Not impressed with this company first time and last time I will deal with them. Took my money fast enough for something that was not in stock going on two months later I am still chasing for my refund............. Very dissatisfied customer.
Reina radiator
Order a Reina radiator was told within 24 hours of ordering that the item was out of stock, staff were very helpful in looking for a replace decided on just waiting for item to come into stock. Was kept informed on when the item was expected in stock very happy with service I received would recommend and will definitely repurchase.
Appalling
Appalling. Took my order, and money, did not supply, no reply to e-mails, only response was when I escalated with PayPal, and that was a pack of lies, no refund, had to wait for chargeback from PayPal.
Their responce lacks credibility. I did not recieve any communication from them until I escalated through PayPay, there was no mail in my inbox or my ISP's spam folder. Strange that when I wnt to PayPal, I got a response within the hour. I explained this to them, and gave them a few days to either supply the item, or provide a refund. They did neither, and I had to wait another 14 days to be refunded by PayPay. Yes I was very dissatisfied with their performance and did indicate that I would provide a review that was comensurate with their performance. This I have done. I stand by its accuracy.

Reina Troisi disaster
Placed an order for 2 Reina Troisi radiators, dual, on the 24th November. Website stated at the time of order about 7 days delivery. CLC called and said that item is not in stock at the moment and will take 3 weeks to be delivered. We only received 1 radiator on our client's building site and only after i called and chased(we had no info from CLC only 1 would be delivered) did they tell me that the second one would take another 2 weeks to be delivered. On the week of delivery i called twice to double check that the radiator is coming, never came. The delivery company lost the radiator. I was then promised another delivery date on the 3rd Feb at 9am, never came. On calling the company, they said that there is nothing they can do, but speak to Reina about this. They have now told me that the radiator is being delivered tomorrow. I explained to CLC that from this week onward i will be incurring penalties of £850 per week, due to the flat not being finished on time. I was never heard. CLC failed to chase the item up on Friday and upon calling Reina today i was explained that they only get instructions from CLC and they were only instructed today for delivery pre 10 tomorrow. The Reina products come from Turkey and so CLC has little control over what will come in its containers. Reina is also more interested in company policy and who they talk to, than give accurate information over the reasons for the delay. I also asked CLC for a discount over the inconvenience, never got a reply. I asked for special delivery of the item, never happened. I don't know how CLC is with other products, but before you place an order with them make sure you call and double check the item is in stock. Do not buy the Reina products. After weeks and weeks of waiting and false promises, i got impatient with CLC on the phone today. Delivery of the radiator tomorrow remains to be seen. 2 stars only because we received 1 radiator already on site.

Item never delivered - I have requested a refund
I placed an order on November 13th and it was supposed to take up to 5 days. We phoned the company in several occasions but they say the couriers couldn't locate the item. I have now requested a refund - was told this was going to be processed immediately but I have yet to receive any email or phone call confirming this.

Helpful and efficient supplier of my Franke Studio sink which has solved my design problem!
A helpful phone call answering my queries and giving advice about additional plumbing requirements, also duly supplied, resulted in my placing my order for the somewhat unusual Franke Studio sink - ideal for a double sink in a confined space with its right angled layout. These are rarely in stock at suppilers but CLC had one of my requested configuration for immediate despatch. It arrived promptly on the day I had requested, the only slight niggle (not the fault of CLC) was that the courier delivered earlier than the stated window so someone else received it and didn't sign 'unchecked' as advised in the Ts & Cs, so I wasn't able to check it immediately. All was well, but if there had been any dents or damage things might have been more complicated.
