Great Service Despite a Setback

Good pricing, slick ordering process and swift delivery brought my new kitchen spring tap to my door in a really pleasing way.

Unfortunately the Franke item was sub-standard in it's machining/finish so I looked up CLC's return/exchange policy and was a little worried.

I needn't have been - a quick exchange of emails and a replacement item was couriered out the same week to also pick up the flawed item.

All in all a superb experience.

Great price and fast delivery

This was a replacement tap for our kitchen. CLC offered the best price and delivered the item within a couple of days of placing the order. Fantastic!

Very satisfactory transaction

Found that CLC Interiors had the items in stock and at very reasonable prices. Delivery costs were also very fair.
Ordered and received all items within 7 days.

Quick delivery and as described

Tap arrived really quickly and looks exactly as described on the site. Yet to be installed as we are waiting for building works to be completed, but I'm sure it will be fine.

Great service!

Have just purchased a Blanco sink from CLC which arrived within a week of me placing the order. It was well packaged, arrived undamaged and is just as I expected. Before I decided on the item I had a couple of queries which I emailed CLC about, and their response was prompt and informative. Their prices are very reasonable too which is a bonus! Buying on the internet can be a bit of a gamble sometimes but this experience was very positive for me. I wouldn't hesitate to use CLC again or to recommend them.

Awful post sales attitude

Avoid like the plague if you want to be respected or valued as a customer, Left a nasty taste in the mouth being accused of lying. Give your money to someone who appreciates your business instead.

Unacceptable experience. AVOID

I placed a order and heard nothing from them other than the automated email on the day, so six days later I phoned to ask when the item would be despatched. I was abruptly told that the item was no longer available, no apology was given, and that said they had emailed me to ask if I wanted a refund. I had received no such thing. I had not received any such email, and obviously I am going to need a refund if they can't fulfil the order. They said that I would be refunded in the next two days. Four days later I called and they told me that it would be done today. The next day I called again and i was told it would be done "any day now". The next day I called and and asked to speak to a manager. What a surprise that there were no managers around to speak to, I was told one would call me back. No call received. Refund finally arrived the next day. Not only are this company claiming that they have IN STOCK items that they do not, they are rude when they speak with you, say they have done things that they have not, and repeatedly do not do what they say they are going to do. Avoid.
