Average at Best and Expensive
I used the End of Tenancy cleaning service of Cleaning Express once. Speaking from experience, there are cheaper alternatives out there that offer better quality cleaning services at a lower cost.
Pros:
- Good communication from the customer service team.
- They offer a 72 hour guarantee for End of Tenancy cleaning. However, I couldn't spend more time asking them to come back again.
Cons:
- They're on the pricey side.
- The quality of the clean was average. There's a lack of attention to detail (e.g. the fridge drain hole was still dirty, the kitchen cabinet handles were sticky, the window frame was not cleaned, the sofa wasn't vacuumed, etc)

5 star service for end of tenancy clean!
Incredible end of tenancy clean at our flat. I was so impressed by just how great one person made our flat look. It was basically brought back to how it looked when we first moved in 7 years ago!! Fabulous communication from their head office, but I can’t praise the performance of the cleaner enough. Would recommend to anyone looking for an end of tenancy clean.

Brilliant deep clean
We hired Cleaning Express to do a deep clean our apartment at the end of our tenancy and were amazed at how clean the apartment could actually get! Valantina and Natalia were brilliant, they've left it noticeably cleaner than when we moved in 3 1/2 years ago. I don't think I've ever seen the oven as clean as it is now. We will definitely be using them again when we need professional cleaning done.

Amazing transformation!
I had an end of tenancy clean done by Natalia from Cleaning Express in my flat in March. She did an incredible job! I was sceptical beforehand about all the excellent reviews for Cleaning Express but they are absolutely justified - Natalia transformed my flat. Before she came, the flat was so dirty, but after hours of work Natalia left the place sparklingly clean and the flat was transformed from looking unloved to looking brand new. It was so satisfying to see. A special mention has to go to the job Natalia did with the oven (which had never been cleaned before) and the bathroom (which had deep encrustations of limescale), as well as the wardrobes, kitchen cupboards and fridge. They all looked brand new afterwards! Cleaning Express is expensive but definitely worth the money, and I want to thank Natalia especially for her hard work.
