This is not a good service
This is not a good service. I had to put up with an unreliable cleaner for months on end. Then she left and came back then left again. They sent a replacement after a week she left they send another replacement and the service was awful. Be careful of the good reviews my experience has been terrible. Often companies try and get trustpilot to take poor reviews down but i have all the emails and proof of poor service. Avoid avoid avoid.

Maria is fantastic
Our cleaner Maria is fantastic. She does 3 hours cleaning for us per week, including changing the sheets on the beds. She is incredibly thorough and always leaves our house spotless and so tidy. She is also really nice and we’re happy to have her in our house.

Vilma (and Cleaning Express) come highly recommended!
I've used a few cleaning companies in the past—and Cleaning Express are by far the best I've dealt with so far.
Our cleaning professional, Vilma, has visited three times for a scheduled deep clean—and each time Vilma is punctual, friendly, very thorough, and does an excellent job. If there's time remaining, Vilma proactively encourages feedback—and offers to do touch ups (rarely needed!) or any additional tasks before leaving.
Cleaning Express pay their cleaners a better rate than similar services (this is good!) and are always very fast to respond to any support emails
Vilma (and Cleaning Express) come highly recommended!

We've been using Cleaning Express for quite a few years now, and their service throughout has been brilliant. They always try to accommodate our requirements, and are very prompt and polite. This is not the company you want to go…
This is not the company you want to go for if you’re a budget. I was tempted to book because of the reviews but by the time I got to end of tenancy clean the price had jumped for them to bring a hoover, mop and just for having furniture ? 245 is far too much money.

False advertising
False advertising - their website says their rate is 17.95 per hour however they do not tell you that you must book minimum 3 hours for a weekly service to get that rate. If you only need the service fortnightly then the rate goes up to close to 20 an hour and you must book minimum 4 hours?
When I asked why this is the case, they said that it is based on their experience of how long a house takes to clean, however when I removed half of the rooms from the quote they quoted the same length of time.
They are not being transparent with how they charge and why, they are being shady.
I would not recommend approaching them as they will probably just try to up-sell you on whatever you ask for.

Responsive, reliable and thorough

Booked an end of tenancy clean recently, Brilliant quality from both customer service and Mariia. They are very responsive, always get back to you very quickly during business hours. Anzelika has been with me for nearly a…
Anzelika has been with me for nearly a year now, with a break in the summer months. She is always thorough with attention to detail. I found her scrubbing the tiles in the bathroom last Week, I hadn’t asked her to do it but it made quite a difference.
