Our Customer experience
Great company to deal with, easy website and ordering process. Only feedback would be to be more transparent as to what is in stock as we've not always got complete orders due to low or no stock. Apart from that great!

Hello,
The product you ordered (Acid Wash 80) is restricted by The Control of Poisons and Precursors (2023) as of October 2023. This means we are unable to send this product out without receiving photo ID and a completed questionnaire containing business information and details of use.
You ordered on the 21st May at 16:40, then at 16:42 a member of our team emailed you requesting the attached questionnaire to be filled out and returned along with a form of photo ID as per the regulation requirments mentioned above. We didn't receive a response to this email.
You emailed us at 8:25am on the 31st May to say that you had not yet received your order. A member of our team replied directly to this email at 9am again explaining that the questionnaire should be filled out and photo ID provided so that we could ship your order.
I'm sorry that from your perspective our service had not been what you expected. However I can assure you that we were prompt in contacting you initially and responding to your email.
Update: we have since spoken by phone and agreed that you'd send back the information so we can get your order shipped as soon as possible.

Yesterday I searched for a supplier for my new business venture, out of all the companies I looked at and did comparisons on (which were many) "Cleaning Products" came out on top. The company website is easy to navigate & I found their product range to be very impressive. They cover everything I would ever need and more. I placed my order late afternoon, then first thing the next morning I received a phone call from an extremely professional and personable guy called Peter, to say that one product which I had ordered was out of stock, but he offered to replace it with a more superior product and at no extra cost. This is the level of customer service that is so hard to find these days. On finding out that I was starting up a new business venture Peter told me that if I needed any advice at all just to give them a call. I am so happy to have the Cleaning products team in my corner. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A waste of money
I spent circa £39 on buying their tar and glue remover, which was suppose to remove adhesive left from tiles. It simply didn't work, so I bought Barrettine's Paint Panther remover, which has worked. Nothing more I can say, except that I wasted £39. D Mercer

Thank you for your feedback. The Clover Tar and Glue remover and the Barrentine's Paint Panther Remover are formulated for different applications.
The Tar and Glue remover is ideal to remove tar, bitumen and most solvent-based glue. It would be great to know what kind of glue was on the tiles.
This product's efficacy on tile adhesive is not mentioned in the description on our website. With a quick call before purchasing the product we would have confirmed that this product would not be suitable for your use case.
I understand your disappointment and I'm sorry we couldn't rectify this issue by speaking directly to you.

Customer service was amazing
Customer service was amazing. I forgot to add a product so emailed them and they sent me a link to pay for the product so I could get it all in one shipment. Also was informed about the new legislation on certain chemicals which requires ID and a quick form to be filled out. All round the best experience I've had with a cleaning products supplier and I've ran mu own cleaning company for 10 years. Good prices and excellent customer services will 100% use them in the future

Not happy. The Henry Numatic Type Henry Floor Tool arrived promptly. However it does not have the clip hook that attaches to the henry hoover itself so the hose does not stay securely against the motor and falls loose and comes crashing out of the cupboard it is stored in. Most frustrating

As described on the product listing on our website, the Numatic Type Floor Tool is not OEM. The floor tool is compatible with the steel tube that comes with the Henry vacuum but as you mentioned it does not have a hook for attaching to the vacuum body for storage. We have now updated the website listing to reflect this.
