Excellent end of tenancy clean. The cleaner was so professional. It was a big flat but she didn't moan and did a great job. The best end of tenancy clean we've had by a mile.

Really excellent service
Really excellent service. Elin (the kind worker), turned my flat from a cave to a spotless house - with very intricate care given to all spaces of the flat (from large to small). Special thank you and shoutout given to him - especially surprising since he got the job done all alone.

Strong improvement end-of-tenancy clean, and organised a required re-clean
The cleaner definitely ensured a strong improvement to the property for the end-of-tenancy clean, which looked pretty clean afterwards. At the end I felt I was not given much time to review (cleaner essentially considered that it looked much better than before). The managing estate agent decided the quality was not to a professional standard though, so I had to have many emails to organise a re-clean. It was past their usual guarantee timeframe but they still did perform it at a small fee. This gave the needed result. I would have given 5 stars if the re-clean had not been needed.

Not pleased and wouldn't recommend
Asked for an end of tenancy clean and they were quick and helpful in their reply.
They came and were on time.
However, my landlord wasn't happy with the clean they did stating that they missed picture frames, doors/doorframes and the bath - all of which are included in their service. I asked for a partial refund (since my landlord charged me almost as much as the clean cost in re-cleaning fees from my bond) but now their customer service is not existent and they won't return any of my emails or acknowledge me at all.
Not pleased and wouldn't recommend
