Good service
I was initially slightly apprehensive about booking Cleanzy as there were a few bad reviews among the good. The service was very easy to book online, the cleaner was prompt, professional and did an excellent job of our end of tenancy cleaning including fridge/oven and lots of places usually missed like skirting and around door frames, which I was very impressed with. Our estate agent requested a few things be re-cleaned and Cleanzy were very helpful in organising for someone to go back out immediately The only critique I have is that they do not have a working phone number, all enquiries must be made via email or on the chat

Nina was in for a tough job cleaning mine as I’d just moved in and the last tenant had left a mess. She was ready to work hard and assured me I’d be happy with the end result - which I was! I would highly recommend this service :)
Very happy first time customer
Arrived at my flat from abroad and was quite unimpressed with the "cleaning" done. The prior tenants were also absolutely filthy. In fact I was so disgusted I decided to return to my hotel. That's when I contacted Cleanzy to deep cleaning the entire flat. Eteri did a fantastic job and I'm much happier with my flat and settling in.
Amazing cleaning experience for my family
I was in search of an honest and reliable cleaner as I recently had my baby, and I also live with 2 amazing cats. Emilly has been a blessing in disguise as she took a lot off my shoulders. Even though it took some time to get things in order, I've been able to communicate with Cleanzy and also Emilly during each step of the process, which made me feel understood and secure. Definitely recommend them a hundred percent.

They stole my money!
I found these guys online after doing a search for same day cleaner! I had to wait two days for a booking that was confirmed. The morning of the clean I got everyone up and ready before 7:30am baring in mind I have 3 kids! 8am came and went me and I attempted to contact the company, only to realise they had emailed me at 8pm the night before to say they could not find me a cleaner yet that very same day, they still deposited the money from my account! Diabolical… never again! It’s been two weeks and I haven’t yet received a refund! Robbed.
Your booking may not happen Be Warned.
This is to let people know that when you book a date and time after paying you do not know if the date you were able choose will be accepted so don't make plans. They do not tell you this and when you explain that they should tell there customers you get a statement that you are able to check. I made a booking Tues am for Wed am as the app made this available, I received an email after 19:30 which of course I didn't see as it was so late. Wrecked my whole day.
No show, no apology, no compensation
Booked my first cleaning, but an hour an forty minutes after the booking began, still no cleaner had appeared.
The helpline offered no apology or compensation but agreed to reschedule. Pretty frustrating

Been using Cleanzy regularly for 2 months now and I am delighted with the service. A 3 hr clean in my 2-bed apartment in London costs me £45 and our regular cleaner, Yolanda does a fabulous job. She is often late ;) but we don't hold it against her as she always stays late to make up for it.
The website is super user friendly, the booking process is easy and quick and the contact level is smooth and efficient.
Make sure you have the right products in your house as they don't bring their own. Overall, I am very happy with the service!

Nice guy came up for service, was assisted by a colleague. Got upsold for complete cleaning (+80gbp). But ultimately the landlord still had some things to complete so not 100%.

Really bad service experiences
Really bad service experiences. I ordered a three hours cleaning service, the cleaner left the apartment in 56 minutes, even not reach an hour. He only wipes the cabinet in the kitchen and vacuums the floor, even not cleaning the bedroom. He works very slowly, and he don't have a professional's attitude. I specifically mentioned the floor cleaning but he just vacuumed and didn't clean up the dirt on the floor. And during the pandemic, the cleaner is not wearing a mask and he washes his hand after I remind him to do so. I am really not satisfied with the overall cleaning experience.
