Super! Booked a day before and everything was organised and the cleaner was exceptional!

Ordered cleaning twice so far and subscribed to a weekly plan, I was very happy with both cleaners. Just be sure to communicate all your needs to the professionals and don’t assume they know exactly how to clean your apartment. Work is great and thorough, just be precise with your wishes. If you need to dust and wipe clean shades, or if you need to clean behind the couch or under the bed- tell to the cleaning professional what you need them to do, they will do a great job. I am very happy with this service!

Our cleaner was excellent: punctual, friendly, and left the house looking immaculate.

At the begining, I was worried about booking the cleaning service from Cleanzy because of the reviews that the cleaners did not show up.
But I think let's give Cleanzy a try.

Regina was assigned to clean my flat for the end of a tenancy agreement.
She is very responsible and arrived on time.
She and her team were amazing.
My landlady was satisfied with the cleaning and I got all my deposit back.

I cannot stress enough that everyone should avoid this company at all costs.
Do not believe a word that is said on the website - we were certainly drawn in by a professional looking website and good reviews shown on the website.
1 cleaner was sent with a scourer and a couple of cleaning products (1 being a bottle of fairy liquid). We ended up having to clean the property ourselves as the ‘finished’ state was very light touch, no way near what they claim they will do or that is involved in an end of tenancy clean.

I am very doubtful that we will receive any of our money back as a result and I am very nervous that we will be charged by our landlords as a result for this poor standard.

When you pay for a professional standard that is what you expect as a company. What they claim on their website is laughable compared to the service we receive. My only hope is they see their wrong doing and refund us.

What was supposed to be a ‘stress-free’ morning has turned out to be quite the opposite. Very dissapointing and feel very misled.

Excellent cleaning, the flat was left spotless after the team came by. Very professional and efficient service, definitely worth the price.

DO NOT USE CLEANZY - This company is awful! We needed a full professional clean with steam cleaning of carpets and mattresses after a bad tenant had wrecked the place...Cleanzy charged us £554! For that money we expected a team of cleaners with steam cleaning equipment...What we got was 1 guy with a hoover and no broom! The place was still filthy, NO STEAM CLEANING and the job was not even finished. They will NOT give you a refund either and you can't even call their 'customer support'

Terrible service. I booked a 3-hour cleaning service for my flat today at 11:00 and they only informed me at 11:20 - when I followed up with their support to ask where the cleaner is - that the person is sick and cannot come today. The fact that Cleanzy don't have a replacement for their cleaners for such risks is ridiculous, especially during the pandemic where this can happen at anytime. Highly unreliable service, if I was informed before I could at least book with another provider. I needed this service today to clean my flat before moving tomorrow, so it is extremely inconvenient. Don't book them if you really need them, as they are not reliable at all. They may not show up and only tell you this when you follow up - otherwise they don't even bother!

The first time I tried to use their service I had a birthday party scheduled for my grandfather. The cleaner canceled 20 minutes before the scheduled arrival time in the morning which means I had to spend all morning cleaning and didn’t not have time to prepare for his birthday surprise. Was a real disaster.

Amazing professional service!
Had a move out cleaning- the crew left the place spotless! Carpet cleaning, kitchen cleaning was so thorough, it left the place looking like no one ever lived there.

The two cleaners we’ve had have been amazing! Punctual, thorough, professional. Such a good service

Terrible.
Do not use!
Paid for end of tenancy and only got domestic.
Now they are refusing to give us money back - absolutely worst service we have used in our 6house moves.
Reporting all to philip head of operations - expecting a solution and refund.

Service was good, all rooms were spotless and the ironing was done very well. Only small thing, the cleaner arrived 20 minutes later than booked.

Third never showed and reschedule didn’t either.
