Sealmless

The sales team made the enrollment seamless. We have been using Clearsale on our site for a few months now and have had nothing but good results. The clearing process has been quick and accurate, we have seen no down time in our processing. I highly recommend Clearsale.

Works ok, but sometimes takes a while for decisions

We're using Clearsale for one of our Woo sites that can't use quality payment processors like Stripe because we have some outdoor hunting stuff. Fraud prevention and chargeback protection are an absolute necessity, so we went with Clearsale. It's working ok, but it always takes at least 10 minutes for the order approval to change the order status in Woo to Processing. Since we dropship and have order routing automation, we've lost a few sales because there was 1 in stock and Clearsale took too long to change order status, so the item sold out in the meantime. If you have a remotely high ticket order ($1000+), expect it to take at least a few hours, if not a whole day, for Clearsale to make a decision. This can affect the customer experience, especially if you say that orders receive a tracking number same day. That being said, I love having protection in the case of fraudulent orders, but we'll be going with something better like Signifyd as soon as this store reaches their 1 million minimum.

We have really enjoyed the ease of this…

We have really enjoyed the ease of this service! It has allowed us to follow through on several sales that would have been questionable for us, given our limited ability to evaluate the risk. We have had no issues with any of the sales that Clearsale has approved!

Very poor experience working with David…

Very poor experience working with David Fletcher and Brian Clarke. Typical salesmen overpromising and underdelivering. Great guys in the beginning from first point of contact to plug in. However, once all these issues started arising 1 week into Clearsales system, we had to call it quits. The VP of Operations came back offering to waive first month and saying that they would be able to resolve all the issues we were experiencing. I emphasized that they should've handled all this from the start so what makes me believe they will actually get it done. Clearsale messed with our sales flow big time and it was the biggest headache I've ever experienced working with any company. After cancelling with them, I receive an invoice in which I forwarded to David and Brian. Of course, they go MIA since I am not their client anymore. After multiple follow up emails on my end over the course of 5+ days, David Fletcher finally replied (not politely) after I advised that I would be taking this to their supervisor. This review would've been avoided completely if I would've just gotten one simple reply confirming not to worry about the invoice that should not have been sent to me. To top it off, we just got charged last night even though they stated we would not get charged. Pretty ridiculous. They really need to figure it out over there. Do not waste your time with them.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, standard Florida company operation... their service does nothing, it's just a sales trick. We tried to cancel the service and they are still charging our card and won't cancel the service. This is theft and this company is worthless. STAY AWAY

Great Company and Good Value

We have partnered with Clearsale for a number of years. They are well priced for great value. They are very responsive to any issues we have on system issues or customer approval follow-ups we need. They've allowed us to focus on our core business competencies rather than spending countless hours investigating orders for potential fraud, as we did before. Overall an extremely positive experience and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend them for your business.

Avoid ClearSale if you give care about…

Avoid ClearSale if you give care about your business.

From the first sales rep, until the last customer support representative, every single Company represenative lies to the customer so they hear what they want to hear.

1. The worst customer support - They take many days or weeks to answer simple questions about your account.

2. They claim they will reimburse your orders until later they claim they will not.

3. Shady and unethical sales practices but unexperienced and incompetent sales agents.

4. Obvious fraud gets regularly approved by Clear Sale.

Clear Sale is a waste your money and time. Thank God I demo'ed only two websites, I will bring my many dozens of sites to a competent Company who doesn't complicate and lie to their customers.

1) Please elaborate on what our “shady and unethical” sales practices are and which member of our sales team engaged in these practices. We at ClearSale do not condone any unlawful or unethical practices of any kind.
2) The names of Company representatives who lied to you and what these lies were.
3) Any emails with customer support or customer service ticket numbers we can use to trace your inquiries back to the appropriate members of our customer support team—they should not take days or weeks to answer simple questions.
4) Please elaborate on what you mean by “they claim they will reimburse your orders until later they claim they will not.” ClearSale does not offer this option. Our customers are either able to recover a portion (ClearSale Total Protection) of any losses or the entirety (ClearSale Total Guaranteed Protection) of any losses. There is no option available where customers do not recover anything if confirmed a fraud-related chargeback.
5) Specify which transactions ClearSale approved that were “obvious fraud.” We have worked hard over many years to create a successful fraud-prevention model to help our customers avoid the pitfalls associated with e-commerce, most notably online fraud. So, if you have discovered a vulnerability in our model where obvious fraud has gone unrecognized, please share this with us so we can improve.

Fantastic Fraud Prevention Company

We have had a great experience with ClearSale and have used their service for many years across three businesses. They took the worry out of losing thousands to fraudsters and have always been there to help if ever we had any questions. I'd highly recommend ClearSale to any eCommerce store no matter how large or small.

Shady marketing practices...

If they would not spam people like me I would not be posting this. Got many emails all not asked for by a marketing campaign I didn't sign up for and asked 3 times to quit getting emails. Apparently they don't listen.

I replied to the emails sent every time to QUIT getting emails, so their response is false to this review. I am glad I may actually be off their marketing list now.
