Andy takes time to listen to your needs and is always at the end of the phone for questions or updates. Andy is prudent when looking at suitability of a mortgage and has always been honest and detailed in his recommendations.

House buying can be nerve racking at the best of times, but I have to say that
Eric has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole experience and helped to alleviate a lot of the concerns we had. He was punctual and professional throughout, would highly recommend and will definitely be using him again in the future.

I'm so glad I used Clear Choice to help me with my mortgage. Andy walked me through each step and helped me pick the right mortgage for me. He didn't try and push me into anything more expensive and as a first time buyer he made sure I wasn't taken for a ride. When things started to go wrong with my solicitors, Andy chased them for me and kept progressing my case - he did everything he could to make sure things kept moving and without his help I may still be waiting for a completion date. I can honestly say that although this process has been difficult, Andy made it so much easier for me. If I ever need financial help again, I will definitely use Clear Choice and I recommend that everyone else does too.

This is my second experience of using Clear Choice Mortgages and they have been excellent on both occasions.
Eric is friendly, helpful and incredibly quick to respond. He has taken me through the process, ensuring I’ve understood every step in order for me to make considered decisions about my future.
He is very knowledgeable about the products on offer, taken the time to understand my current financial position and tailored options to suit me...and also got me a cracking deal, better than I could find on my own.
I hope not to be moving house again anytime soon, but if I do, then I will be returning to Eric once more to assist me, without any hesitation!
