I’ve used ClearCycle a couple of times through eBay, and both experiences were fantastic. The products they delivered were of very high quality and priced affordably. The seller maintained excellent communication throughout the process, which made the transactions smooth and hassle-free.

Horrible service even more horrible their goods

Horrible company, absolutely awful customer service, I’m not just saying this because I’ve somehow managed to have a bad experience I bought a sofa from them which came with an arm missing which they in my opinion knew about and sent it anyway, when going to call them to return it I had to pester them and. It was picked up a week later, when I chose a exchange with them I was then sent a sofa which at first seems ok but 2 days later started making the most awful squeeky grinding noise when using reclining function and seat just dipped really fast obviously because it was made with some cheap material, when contacting then I was ovstructed having to deal with an awful so called “customer experience manger who refused to be of any help and the most rude and with the most stuck up attitude, for example I chased it up a few days later and was told it’s only been 3 days and that I should wait. How absurd is this service. Honestly keep your money don’t deal with this company.

When the first sofa wasn’t right, we arranged a replacement quickly. For the second, we booked our local repair team, who can be busy but were on it.

Chest of drawers was like new

Chest of drawers was like new. Great communication, great price, and free delivery within three days from several hundred miles away. Based on this experience I would highly recommend them.

I was concerned initially with 4 negative TP reviews, but...

I was concerned initially with 4 isolated negative reviews on Trustpilot. However, I was reassured through the eBay platform when I saw over 6000 positive reviews within the last 12 months and just 1% had come back negative which indicated 99% of people were happy which I think is good enough given they had sold over 100,000 items. Clearly, they’re not selling brand-new stock so is it fair to expect around 1% may be negative. You have to take view on these things. In my opinion, 99% positive reviews from such an enormous number of sales were sufficient and I’m l happy with the furniture we bought from them. We bought a heals Brunell desk and we were not expecting it to be A1, but it actually was. We have assembled it this evening and its perfect. I would encourage anyone looking at the reviews here to go to eBay and look at the sheer number of sales and reviews as for me that tells a very different story to looking at Trustpilot in isolation. I have no affiliation to the company, I am just a customer who was/is very pleased. I thought Michelle who I communicated with on ebay was really helpful and I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

Did email company back after them saying drop us an email and we'll see what we can do do didn't receive any reply

UPDATE I did email the company back but didn't receive a reply .It will be past the warranty date by now ☹️. UPDATE!!!! I did send it back and swapped for another was really happy with it until I sat down one day after a few weeks of having it and I felt and heard like a spring move near the middle of the sofa. Then every day after that it continued to sink in the middle totally broken and uncomfortable hurts my back. I have been to unwell to cope with the stress and hassle of contacting customer services so have just put up with it. Will have to pay to have it thrown away now or get someone to take it free who can fix it it's still in mint condition the fabric and everything such a shame plus £400 down the drain and will have to save up for years to afford a new one . ☹️

The wardrobe was dropped onto the…

The wardrobe was dropped onto the banister and broke through the wall. I escalated immediately, told it will be resolved and it took 1 month to be told it's not their problem. Furniture was also damaged. Service was insulting. Do not buy here.

Even better than expected

Have bought three separate things from ebay and all have been better than described, one chair was graded BC and came boxed an new. Also had a really positive experience of their couriers both with communication, flexibility and the delivery itself. Its my go to for furniture now!

Two hassle free bargains

After buying a Henry vacuum from them a couple of months previously, I purchased our Swoon sofa from ClearCycle on their eBay store and had my second trouble free transaction. Got a bargain price on a lovely corner group with delivery. The courier contacted me to arrange a day and delivered it to my living room. Because they recycle customer returns, I expected to find faults but there were none, I'm sat on my sofa and I vacuumed this morning! I'll use them again for sure, and I recommend them to friends too, but I do suggest shoppers read the full description and view all the images to be sure of the condition.

Great concept and company

Bought some furniture from their eBay shop and their customer service is mostly responsive. Unfortunately you don't get accurate information about shipping dimensions of bigger products to fit in doorways etc but they do free returns should an item be too large for your house.
Had an issue recently where promo codes did not work with an item I purchased even though it was advertised as being part of the promotion. This resulted in my order being cancelled and the item going out of stock which was disappointing. Would have liked for them to honour it ideally. Otherwise good company I'd recommend.

Poor delivery and badly damaged product

Ordered some furniture through their eBay store. Delivery was advertised as 3-5 days but actually took 17 days. ClearCycle blamed their courier, then admitted they didn't hand the order over for delivery for 9 days. When the order arrived it was way more damaged than the listing described and had to be returned. The courier then canceled the pickup with less that 24 hrs notice, and now I am stuck with a huge box in my living room for another week waiting for pickup. I will never order from ClearCycle again!
