Me and my agent had a very nice talk about my policy. She was very helpful and give me a plan where I don't have to worry about paying for much. Also gave me information to get back in touch with her in case anything comes up that I need to have an answer that should be there for me. It was a nice experience and it's great to have an agent that I can laugh with.

The agent explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. She was knowledgeable and concerned. I really appreciated the time she spent with me.

Bonnie Stephenson was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, caring and very patient. She is amazing. Management should be very proud to have her.

Zing 🛑 stop the Insurance to my husband because our Dr didn’t send the information required on time, was a surprise for us knowing my Dr for so many years and how they work, but the SURPRISE for me was when I was looking the insurance card and the Dr wasn’t my husband Dr and looked my card and the same error occurred but did nothing because I thought is a error but now I just received a phone call from Zing saying that they 🛑 my insurance and asked why? The gave me the same reason “ because you Dr didn’t send our request in time” LIES LIES LIES, they didn’t have our Dr but instead of telling us they chose any Dr and of course ZING didn’t receive a response , that Dr don’t know who we are ,and that is there game, WHY? WE GOING TO FIGURE THAT OUT PRETTY SOON BECAUSE WE GOING TO CALL A ATTORNEY TO HELP US OUT!!

So far it's sounds great. I haven't seen paperwork on it cuz it is a new program. Thank you

Never received my food card I called about it twice still haven't received it the month will be over with soon

The agent I spoke with made me feel like I was really heard because she listened to me asked questions about me to not only know my situation but to know me. Then she gave me options and allowed me to pick instead of leading me to only one option.

Very easy, agent was professional, courteous and efficient. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I learned a lot about my Medicare benefits in general, and got some very good additional benefits. If you haven’t had this evaluation done, DO IT!!
