No Fees or Charges
ClearLoans doesn't charge fees for applying for a loan, paying your loan off early or making a late payment. The only thing you pay is the interest agreed before the loan is paid out.

Paying off your guarantor loan
We've thought of as many ways as possible for you to repay your guarantor loan. Regular payments are made by Direct Debit, but you can also pay by card over the phone during office hours. Interest is calculated daily so you only pay for the time you have the loan. If you pay the loan off early, you pay less than the agreed amount, even if you pay just $1 off early, you stop paying interest on that money immediately.

Good Experience
Good Experience, easy to deal with, a few questions and money transferred to my brother, easy to deal with, would recommend over a payday loan any day, saving $1000s over the term of the loan and being able to pay early means I can save even more

Disgraceful customer service
Disgraceful customer service, got sent a random text stating please re-apply and I will sort everything out for you from Zoe. Made an application, breezed through most of it until I got to the direct debit authority which didn’t accept my bsb or account number. I messaged support stating there were issues with their system and I couldn’t proceed. I got spammed 4-5 text each day saying your nearly there we just need the debit authority this continued for about a week until support responded with a canned response that didn’t even relate to my question, eventually got given a telephone number to call to help by this stage if had enough and already got approved by a competitor. This is an example of an utterly disgraceful customer service breakdown and has cost clear loans my business and future recommendations. I hope they are able to clean up their act fast.

Once any customer has securely uploaded their bank statements for us to verify their situation and ensure it's responsible to proceed, we ask them to let us know which account they would prefer to use to set up a Direct Debit for us to collect their monthly repayments. We show an easy drop-down list that allows the customer to pick from the accounts we've found on their bank statements, which helps keep things simple and also helps prevent any incorrect details being entered accidentally.

Paid the loan out promptly once…
Paid the loan out promptly once approved but the application process was not easy it was extremely difficult to load bank statements and hard to actually get help with the issue just got told the same thing and kept being sent a new link.
