I ordered an order after I changed my address, checked my order right after I made it. It was being sent to an old address, even though I changed the address. I did virtual chat which said she would cancel my order, three hours later I received notice order shipped to the OLD address. I was told 47 days to refund. Even though I cancelled the order.
Was told to go and pick up order at my old address. REALLY? it was a gated community. Cant do that. Did a chat again to have refund and order reversed. Told too late sent already. Today I received a notice the order was delivered to the OLD address by canada post. I am so distressed over this whole order. I tried to correct the problem within the order and changed the address but changes were not saved. If I dont or cant receive the order why am I being charged with a return required. So unhappy

My order delivered today and I just opened one of my contacts and it appears to be dried out and warping fresh out of the packaging.
Update: I got one email back from customer service and they asked me for a photo of the LOT number for the contacts and a photo of my prescription. I emailed them with both and other information they requested and the email bounced back saying that the email box is no longer being monitored. It said to contact them via email (which I did) or to try the live agent on their website, which I also did, but after the automated bot asks for my name and email, it stops responding.

Overall, I think you guys are great. I really think the website needs tons of work tho. It’s very laggy choppy and does not respond properly. But overall from pricing to return policy, I think clearly is top-notch and if it stays like this, I will be a customer for life.thank you

Quality issue; feels different from the ones I usually use. These ones are not comfortable, not as soft. Wonder if I can return them as they causing irritation to my eyes. I use different products of the same brand and they are good.

I have had the misfortune of ordering through Clearly twice, and both experiences were subpar. In both instances, the glasses were shipped in a dusty box with zero padding or protective packaging. The first order resulted in both the frames and the case arriving damaged. While the glasses survived the second shipment, the case was again compromised due to the tight, unprotected packaging. It is disappointing that major brands like Oakley utilize Clearly for prescription fulfillment when their shipping standards are this low. I have photographic evidence of both shipments and would welcome a contact from customer service to review them.

I went here for my first pair of glasses. The eye exam was perfect. The issue i have is when i chose a pair of frames, the sales girl suggested a similar pair to which i agreed. I received my glasses on a Saturday, but, Sunday while wearing my new glasses i realized the frames are too small for me. The arm of the glasses are flexed out for me to be able to wear them. When i compared the width ot the glasses with my 16 year old daughter's glasses they looked like the size of kids glasses. Not sure i can get these replaced with glasses that actually fit!
