Absolute joke. Glasses broke and they told me they were warrantied only to change their minds after weeks of ignoring me.
Don’t shop here, their customer service is an absolute joke.

Should be zero stars. Coming up on 2 weeks on an expedited order that still has not arrived. Phone customer service is terrible. Won’t refund my money or solve the missing order. Avoid Clearly contacts like the plague.

It’s frustrating that the subscription…
It’s frustrating that the subscription service has NO reminders before an order is processed. There is no option to postpone the shipment; only a small window of time (I believe it’s within 1 hour of the order processing?!) to request a cancellation. While it was explained to me I can call to request a return label, this is a lot of unnecessary hassle on both ends for contacts I do not need yet. A simple reminder that my order is about to process and the option to delay it would save time and effort and money.

Manufacturing defect
The first issue I noticed was glare on the inside of the lenses. It is bad enough that I can not wear the glasses. When looking closer I notice the right lense is not cut properly so the lense doesn't properly fit the frame.
