We have Canadian roots, Canadian hearts, and a true Canadian drive. Our story begins in Vancouver, in the year 2000. My order was cancelled without clear explanation

My order was cancelled with a vague explanation of “production issue”. When I inquired about why through the online chat option, I was told it was because the product was out of stock. However, the product was still available for purchase on the website. The customer service agent told me it’s because the website was not updated. I was told if I attempted to purchase the item again, it would be cancelled and I’d be refunded again. This is the third time I’ve encountered discrepancies with the website. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend purchasing products from this company.

The cancellation process is incredibly smooth, especially if you accidentally forget to cancel subscriptions or place multiple orders. The live agent, Jay Ann, was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Jay for recognition or promotion.

i got wrong prescription

i got wrong prescription. i had ordered single vision lenses and got bi focals instead. also i cant log into my accoubt. the emails they sending to reset my password are not reaching me. so im worried that my account is hacked.
