We have Canadian roots, Canadian hearts, and a true Canadian drive. Our story begins in Vancouver, in the year 2000. Delivery changed after order
When I was in the process of ordering, the delivery date said April 27th. As soon as I checked out it changed to April 28th. Why did it change after my order was taken?

Frustration
Frustration, frustration, frustration. Ordered the same pair of glasses the second time as the first ones never came in, order was supposed to arrive on April 23rd and it’s April 27th and they still haven’t arrived. Please switch to a different shipping company as the shipping company messed up the first order and messed up this order. If this order doesn’t come in I’m going elsewhere or just getting glasses from my eye doctor because this is ridiculous.

Great customer service and great quality products with affordable pricing
Had an issue with my order (a missing contact lense) clearly fixed it right away. On top of that, the contacts I did order were perfect and very comfortable. I will be using clearly for all my contacts / glasses needs moving forward. Fast shipping , great customer service and great products / pricing.
