Clearscore is a free service, so you can keep up to date with your credit rating and any changes affecting this.
You can see what businesses will see, if you are looking to borrow money for a loan etc.
I receive a monthly report by email and I don’t get spammed in between.
This really is a great service and I have recommended it to family and friends.

You send tooooo many emails showing how I can get loans and credit cards. If people are looking at their score, it’s because then are trying to make it better.

Sends me offers almost everyday but nobody ever lends me money. Pretty poor experience all round.

Yo can start by stop sending BS emails saying things like, "Receive up to $5,000 cashback for your home loan" or "Pay no fees with these low rate personal loans" or "Bonus reward points and 0% balance transfers" or absolute rubbish like "Your score is in good shape, and it has unlocked a variety of low-rate and exclusive loans. So no matter what plans you have for this new financial year, we've got you covered.
Plus, remember to check your eligibility to see if you have a Very good, Good or Fair chance of loan approval.
Log in now to check your loan eligibility.
Check your eligibility"
All of the above is absolute BS. You can do nothing to assist in increasing my credit score and you continue to send false and misleading information.
This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have voiced my concerns with your company and you have done squat to stop sending false and misleading information.
Your company is rubbish. The only reason why I stay is so I can keep track of my credit score. Once it increases to meet the Australian average, I will then delete my account and stop using your crap service.
You wanted feedback, you just got it. Now do something with it.
No doubt if you track your NPS, you'll take note that my review reflects thousands of peoples view who use Clearscore.

Nice to see what is happening with my credit. Easy to check on for safety concerns and its really easy to improve being able to watch over your history.

I Find it odd that clearscore rates my credit score at 817 but equifax only rates my score at 632.
A big difference of 185 in score why.

Very easy set up and soooo good to be able to check how we are doing in comparison with state and nationally.
Specially for us that are trying to keep up with all bills during this crise times and keep a good score to be able to buy “one day” out house.

It’s a good app but I went to refinance my house with a mortgage broker and thinking I had a good credit score, turned out to be I had a low credit score so I can’t trust your numbers anymore was not happy now I gotta wait till end of the year hopefully my credit score is better

My address in the report is wrong and I have emailed many times to try to get it changed to my correct address but no-one seems to be able to help. I know where I own and live and it is definitely not where the ClearScore report says.

Great to see my score and how to improve, unsure on how to ask about a recent application that wasn’t me.

I keep telling you that Nick Scali & Latitude Financial messed up my repayments, and you ate holding that against me for my Score!! Please STOP sending me emails, I have asked that you STOP and now it is becoming invasive!!!!

Too many notifications. I’d like to only be notified if something is changing. No notifications saying “something might change!” Or “see how you’re tracking!”

Just very nice to know your credit rating is going well .always informative about credit check

I regularly use clearscore and check my credit score. It also stated that I need to improve one of my credit ratings as I do not have a credit card etc, when I clicked on available offers, I decided to apply for a credit card. I received a letter saying that they declined me due to applying for multiple cards, that is so untrue. I researched the different banks that were listed to find the best offer but I did not apply. It also does not show I have a personal loan with OMM, so I don't know where they get the info that I need to improve my credit when it does not show my personal loan with OMM my current credit score is 760. Not sure if this sight is legitimate.
