Great service all round, and fast delivery

Nice trainers

Always 5 stars from the guys at cleens, top quality as always and an absolute bargain in the sale so I obviously had to buy 2 pairs, would be rude not too..

Received wrong size of trainer and unfortunately was out of stock, customer service were brilliant with dealing with the issue a swift refund was sorted olong with a great discount off my next purchase,

I have bought 6 pairs of Cleens trainers for myself and my son, alongside 3 T-Shirts, and everytime the whole ordering and delivery service from Cleens is seamless and exceptional. The quality of the gear from Cleens is amazing as well…. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Great service! Quick delivery!

Sent my return back last Saturday and still waiting for my exchange order to be dispatched. Keep getting told wait 7 days or more for the return to be processed… not a great start for a first time customer …. Still waiting.

Delivery was promised next day arrived a week later

Absolute disgrace!!

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers and was told delivery would be within 48 hours.

Tried to cancel the order after 7 days as needed them for a gift and was still waiting for information on delivery and was told the order cannot be cancelled as there are too many orders

10 days later only 1 pair has turned up and no information on the 2nd pair and apparently I'm not entitled to a refund as they were on sale so I have option to exchange. Why would I want more problems?

Lovely trainers, normally an Arne man but I saw the sale and got some. Very happy with them.

I didn’t notice the part that suggested you size down so thought I would have to return but they were fine. (Even tho I could only exchange and the rest were sold out)

Only downside was the delivery, said next day but took 4. It’s one of those companies that do send it next day but only once it’s been processed for 3

I appreciate that they delivered on the date given . However the item was not delivered at the estimated time. Regardless, I am happy with service therefore I will definitely place another order soon.

The order itself took over a week on next day delivery . When my order arrived I received one trainer only and the other pair extremely scuffed . I have been advised to send this back but trying to get the QR code is impossible as the link just crashes . There’s no contact number communication seems to be every 48hours So over all a terrible experience .

Initial purchase experience is excellent and the delivery was very prompt. However, the returns is nota pleasant experience. Exchanging on the portal is cumbersome and 9 days after the returns were confirmed as delivered I am still waiting for ackowledgement and the replacement shipped. That's poor

My order was missed as next day delivery took a week to come so I was on holiday at this time and I haven’t received any further updates about this order

Ordering is very and delivery on time.
Great trainers, bought them for my son. He’s had Cleens trainers before and I knew he loved them.
