This is our second time using Clement Browne. We purchased their shutters 3 years ago for the front windows and were super impressed with everyone we spoke with - from the initial chat, to the measuring & fitting. When it came to sorting shutters for our new bathroom I went straight to Clement Browne as I knew I could count on the quality. Once again they have been excellent!

This is my second time with clement Browne, a small family run business and they did not disappoint. There was an issue with the lead time which I understand was out of their control, but they did everything they could to install more or less on time once I let them know I was keen to get them done asap. The shutters have now been fitted and look fantastic. Darren fitted the shutters and they all look great! Thanks Darren for doing such a good job it is much appreciated ,

This is the second time we have used Clement Browne for shutters. The ordering process was seamless, and the final product looks great. Would recommend.

We recently had shutters fitted by Clement Browne to 4 of our rooms after being recommended by several neighbours and we are very pleased with the job they did. They are very good quality, look really nice and have made such a difference to our rooms. They were fitted by Steve and he (and also the guy who came to measure and prepare the estimate) was a very nice guy, extremely helpful and did a really nice, neat job and we would definitely recommend Clement Browne to anyone looking to have shutters fitted. Shei in Customer Service has also been very helpful and I am confident that if we need any help in the future we could rely on them to assist.

Extremely pleased with the service and fitting from Clement Browne. Steve measured and fitted the blinds and did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend them as a company. The shutters are very good quality.

Highly recommend...the whole experience is so easy with Clement Browne. Punctual and friendly service. Sales consultant (Jemma) and measuring engineer (Steve) were both very pleasant and knowledgeable. Have previously had shutters fitted with Clement Browne and not disappointed this time.

Absolutely Awful Shocking experience with this company.
Appointment was made on 20th September 2022 and still not resolved clement Browne! Steve master of product came to remove plastic cover caps from the shutter doors and now they don’t close properly. Also the shutter door is not flush out/ line from the frame also can’t operate the top Louvre because I can not reach/ open/ close. Also you can see the cracks/ dinting where the clement Browne plastic cover caps have been removed these shutters look horrendous!

the whole experience with clement browne is pleasant from start to end. the sales consultant & the measuring engineer are both punctual, nice & knowledgeable. we are particularly impressed by the work of the fitter, darren. i was first surprised to see him came alone on the appointment date. how can he do the installation all by himself? how long will he take? but my worry was soon found unnecessary. he is quiet, focused, professional, efficient & neat. he even brought his own henry to clean up the place afterwards! my family & i are so pleased with our new shutters. it definitely worth the wait. highly recommended.

Clement Browne came highly recommended to us and i can see why, from start to finish the whole experience was excellent. We are very happy with our new shutters , and a shout out to Steve the fitter.

Great company from start to finish, with Jemma sorting out times and dates to Laurentiu coming to measure and finally Steve completing the install.

Had my upstairs shutters installed November 2019. Loved them so much had shutters for downstairs in December 2020. Recently identified a problem and Clement Browne were very quick to respond and resolve. In all of my dealings with the company I’ve found everyone to be professional and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Clement Browne.

Excellent service from start to finish. The shutters are of excellent quality as was the fitting of the shutters. Everything was managed exceptionally well from the measuring for the shutters to the installation. I find Clement Browne as excellent service and far more cost efficient that other shutter companies out there.

We had shutters for one large double bay window and a medium sash window installed.

The whole experience was very professional, well managed and executed to perfection.

Quality is top of the scale and the finish shows great attention to details.The shutters were installed by an unquestionably skilled fitter and craftsman. On time, tidy, clean and above all very polite and amicable.

We chose Clement from seeing shutters at a friends house and glad we did.

Customer service was also brilliant: responsive, clear on timelines and accommodated as and when needed.

We had purchased shutters for several windows in the house and were very pleased with the results. However, shutters for one window fouled on the adjacent beam, meaning they couldn't be fully opened.
When made aware of this situation, Clement Browne were quick to inspect the installation.
After remeasuring they redesigned the replacement shutters for that window.
These replacements, manufactured at their cost, were installed on 27 October 2022.
We are very pleased with the improved design and the high quality of workmanship both for the product and their installation.

The entire process from ordering to fitting was longer than expected due to many reasons, however when the fitting was finally completed, I have no complaints whatsoever. The person who fitted the shutters was an absolute professional and my house is finally complete!
