The whole experience with Clement Browne has been extremely professional, from first phone enquiry, to survey, follow up, payment, delivery and installation. They know their product and the team guided us to all the elements of our order.
They indicated a longer than normal delivery due to current transport issues but delivered and installed ahead of time.
And the product, it's exactly as we expected

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the finish off the shutters.
They have been refitted to a high standard by
Steve who was professional not only in his work also answering any questions I was not sure of due to the fitting and finishing.
They have provided privacy and superior finish which I am pleased with.
Overall a job well done.

Fantastic company through and through and w brilliant product

Eventually I am very happy to give a 5star to Clement Browne!! I had initially bought the shutters through John Lewis and I believe they are now separate entities. However, if John Lewis uses a supplier, it’s good enough for me. Reputations are at stake!
I had a minor complaint with the side closing shutters slightly scuffing the lower trim paintwork. I chose the oyster (I think) which is the most gorgeous shade of grey and the bay window architrave is painted in exactly the same colour. It looks superb.
Regardless, I was still in warranty and CB sent out someone to inspect. They agreed it wasn’t acceptable and they have, after a lengthy covid delay, probably no fault of their own, been good to their word and repaired the damage beautifully.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clement Browne for their high standards and workmanship.
Would use them again!

Excellent service from start to finish. Having read some reviews prior to ordering, we were a little nervous about using Clement Browne. However, our fitter John was first class. He measured up for us and we received the quote immediately. The time frame given to manufacture and fit was 10 weeks, which was met almost to the day. John was exceptional. He arrived at 0830 on the dot. He removed his shoes as soon as he came into our house and wore specific footwear whilst working inside the house. He was very tidy and removed all packaging and rubbish as he went from room to room. I would personally recommend Clement Browne (and John) to anyone wishing to have shutters fitted. I think they are extremely professional and actually take real pride in the service they offer. We cannot thank you enough.

We have our new house fitted with Shutters. We are delighted with them . Andrew did an excellent job fitting them and clearing up and taking any rubbish away .
I would not hesitate to recommend Yourselves.

We have used Clement Browne a couple of times for various shutters and each time they have done a fantastic job.

Shutters are expensive but are a definite investment, they look amazing and definitily keep the cold out.

We have an extra wide set of french doors in our living room and the shutters are tracked into the floor and are just beautiful.
It's great being able to tilt all the different louves when it's sunny, keep the room dark and the cold out.

More recently we have had a lovely dark grey shutter in our bedroom, the colour is amazing.

We also have a little dormer window in our roof and they managed to put a shutter inside it.

We now have no curtains, just clean neat shuttered windows.

I love my shutters and can totally recommend Clement Browne.

Very late in this review but have to say that Daniel, our lovely fitter, did such a wonderful job fitting our shutters. We are so pleased with them, Daniel did all he could to make sure that we were happy with the end result, and we were. Would definitely recommend - good quality shutters, brilliant service.

An excellent experience, every last person I spoke to could not have been more professional or helpful, and the shutters are flawless.

We are really happy with shutters we had fitted to our two bay windows, they look absolutely fantastic. Andrew did a great job fitting them, very professional, we can see there has been a lot of attention to detail and care taken.

I cannot praise Clement Browne enough for their service from start to finish. Andrew our fitter was very professional and polite and cleared up all the packaging /rubbish etc. I would 100% recommend them.

I've ordered from Clement Brown in 2017, and had an excellent experience and fit. I shall be ordering again in my new home shortly!

I highly recommend Clement Browne. I am so pleased with my shutters. Adrian, the fitter, did an excellent job. Made no mess and removed all the packaging.

The shutters are spectacular and our Master of Product was superb. He offered helpful advise during the initial appointment and was very honest about in which windows shutters would work well and in which they might suit less. He was very conscientious throughout the installation process, very polite and kept tidying up as he went so there was minimal disruption. We are extremely pleased that we chose Clement Browne and are recommending them to anyone looking for shutters. First class.

A really excellent company with quality products and great customer service. We were so pleased with the original shutters we had fitted, we recently ordered more.

From initial visit to fitting the process has been faultless samples recieved sales visit was not pressurised at all.
Andy the fitter arrived early waited outside untill start time, came alone which surprised me but again faultless.
Minfull of carpeted area brought own sandals and black bags and took all rubbish with him then hoovered the area..not a spec of rubbish left.
Then went through windows and parts left, Recommend this company fitter no hassle

After having several of my widows fitted with shutters from Clement Browne which I was delighted with, we had a problem with a window on my front door. Unfortunately this window is an unusual size and shape but the fitters managed to create a really nice design and have fitted it today. I am delighted as it looks so good. The service was excellent keeping me informed of the progress continually also very clean and tidy work from Steve and John.

The fitter arrived bang on time and fitted the shutters without any problems. The shutters look great and he had put a dust sheet down so left no mess either. Excellent job
