Really happy with our Clement Browne shutters. They look exceptional and have been fitted perfectly to a very high standard. From start to finish the team were very knowledgable and professional.

This is the second time I have bought shutters from Clement Browne and I have not been disappointed. The service from start to finish is excellent, great value for the high quality product it is and the fitters are superb. I live in Scotland and know that the company is based down south but willing to wait a little longer for fitting as I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I did a lot of research into shutters before engaging with 2 companies, one of them Clement Browne. The other company's costs were based on my measurements entered onto their website. Clement Browne organised for one of their experts to visit my home and take many, many measurements! Both quotes were almost identical but I felt confident that an experts measurements would be way more accurate than mine, therefore the cost would also be accurate too, so no hidden surprises. I looked no further!

On placing my order, Clement Browne sent another expert to check the measurements.

The process was straight forward but payment terms are in advance, which could have been a stumbling block. The wait for delivery to the UK was 3 months! The wait for installation was another 2.

Unsurprisingly, Clement Browne are very busy. They produce a quality product which now looks amazing in my home. I am a very happy customer and having 'shuttered' the front of my house, will soon be going through the process again for the back.

Can't rate Clement Browne highly enough - we've used them twice now and from initial enquiry right through to product installation, their customer service was fantastic. We felt like valued customers right the way through to when we received a follow-up email once the product had been installed to check that everything was ok.

The shutters themselves are wonderful - and lovely colours to choose from! The installers certainly know their stuff, and did a very professional job, without any mess! Extremely polite and courteous. Our installer, Steve, even noticed a very small scratch on one of the shutters (I would not have noticed!!), and insisted on getting the whole panel replaced, which he did this morning, bang on time!

It is very rare to find companies who look after you these days, and have products that are of a high quality at a reasonable price (forget Hillarys - Clement Browne were £3k cheaper!!).

For excellent quality shutters alongside brilliant customer service, I would use Clement Browne every time!

We waited a long time for for shutters, due to covid. They were placed last week and I can’t speak more highly of them! Definitely stunning from the inside and outside. I’m so happy with them, they are absolutely beautiful.

My elderly mother is delighted with her new shutters. Due to arthritis, she's been struggling with her old vertical blinds for a while. Now she can adjust with the slightest touch and is very happy indeed. Can`t praise her installation fitter Adrian enough, he was totally professional, polite and very tidy. Would highly recommend to this company to anyone.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. We ordered the shutter on a recommendation of a neighbour and we are not disappointed. The fitter arrived on time and was so tidy in every stage of fitting. his eye for detail and efficiency was wonderful. He took away all the wrapping and cardboard so we did not have to do that. First class service from beginning to end. Excellent presentation of goods at my home and advice on which shutters we should choose. Were kept informed all the way of process from ordering to installation. John the installer was very friendly, extremely professional, helpful and very tidy. The shutters look great and I feel are of a very high quality and we are very pleased with the end result. Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish Clement Browne’s members of staff have all been wonderful. So friendly, helpful and capable. From those in the office, Kevin, Warren, Shei and Rosan, the guy who took the measurements, to Ady (Adrian) our fitter - all were great. Ady did a fab job and was a pleasure to have in our home. The shutters are exactly as we expected and look fab. I would definitely order again from Clement Browne and can’t recommend them enough.

Great service from Clement Browne for my new shutters. My original ones were damaged in a house fire but when I could finally reorder them the process was smooth and simple. One visit to measure up, place the order and wait patiently for the fitting date. Leadtimes are in line with most made to order goods. They are truly worth the wait!! Fitted today to an exceptional standard. A lovely guy called John, tidy, efficient and completed the work to perfection. Love them!! I feel like my home is back to its old self. The shutter's were my pride and joy and with my newly fitted ones, my home feels fully complete once again. Would highly recommend this company and the services.

This is the third set of shutters I've had from Clement Browne and they fail to disappoint! Quality is outstanding as usual and Kevan who installed them did a great job!

A very good quality product, and the service very professional. A long lead time on production, exacerbated by covid and shipping issues meant that a problem with one shutter had to be re-ordered and took a long time to come. But these things happen, and the fitting finally is very satisfactory indeed, and the customer service excellent. Highly recommended.

We are absolutely delighted with our new shutters. Our fitter, named Walter, was extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! He gave us sound advice on how best to look after our new shutters and answered any questions we had.

The whole team were quick and friendly when responding to emails and very reasonably priced compared to others that we researched.

We would definitely recommend!

Kevan was lovely, and did a great job, I think the fact our house is old and the floors were a bit wonky made it hard, but he took the time to make sure it was right, he was with us all day and barely stopped.

Also cleaned up and removed all the rubbish etc,

We have been impressed with their attention to detail and also how well they liase to keep customers up to date with everything. John measured and fitted our latest installation. He was brilliant in every way and a pleasure to have working in the house. He is also quite a star at clearing up afterwards and hoovering too !
