For a while, I had been searching for a product that could generate more revenue for the customers I had on my shop. I also had some issues with the search module on my shop not generating the right search results that customers were actually looking for. I encountered many problems with this, as well as with figuring out how to display to customers the products that best match what they have in their cart, relationships, what others have bought, and what we recommend, and so on. Since I started using the Clerk.io, I have generated an 18.3% increase in revenue per customer. It's quite remarkable when you consider that many customers are trying to save and not spend as much.

The customer service team at Clerk.io are excellent! Their responsiveness and willingness to assist have been truly impressive. The first months went well with the subscription of total €277,- per month. Since July 2023 went it up to almost €800,- per month because recommendations up and search up increased that month. The price is not reasonable anymore. Just to beware before you guys want to work with clerk.io. You see the nice data about what you are selling, however, clerk.io didn't increase my revenue according to my webshop before I was using clerki.io. Some data tools in the platform don't give you the whole truth about your revenue performance. This is not doing business as win to win situations as the price increased the price with 144%

Search feature is great.
Audience's integrations are the worst integration nightmare i have ever seen. Lack of support, not being taken seriously, puts responsibility on us to fix their integration with ActiveCampaign -> Clerk.io Two out of five integrations we tried with them worked out of the box.

For the last 2 weeks, we have been unable to integrate Clerk with Magento 2 despite a signed contract and their promise to get it quickly up and running. Our own developers had to spend internal hours and $$$ to ship a fix, because Clerk's developers were unable to.

We have been shocked by absolute lack of any proactivity on their side. Their approach is "go fix it", despite the issue being clearly with the integration. We have to continue chasing this problem, as we are still unable to even sync the product feed. And we are talking about a standard Magento 2 store.

I also believed all the great positive reviews, until I had to deal with the support who still hasn't been able to get the integration to work.

I have definitely forever been put off Clerk, and would rather pay more but have an integration that actually works and does what it intends to do. Clerk has intentionally misrepresented facts (or unintentionally due to sheer incompetence) and we are nowhere near the end of this.

Be careful as they will tell you that your usage is an insane high number of searches and recommendations. Clerk told me with their measurements I have approx 50k searches with 20k visitors per month. Be aware that if you don't know how many searches you currently have you will be heavily overcharged by them.

I checked it with another provider of a search app and my actual results are 5 times lower. I actually have around 10k searches. I would have ended up a few tiers higher against a much higher cost than what is actually being used in terms of searches.

Christian has been clear and concise in our meeting. He helped me better understand how the platform work and met all my expectations. He is ready to find the best solution for your website to grow and obtain good value for money for your company.
