From the get-go, Clerk.io guided, explained, and set up the entire system without extra charge. Very quick reply time to answer any query, no matter what department I have contacted.
After the initial setup, I have been assigned a 'personal assistant' to help with the monitoring and further development to get the most out of the marketing tool (this also without extra cost).

Monthly meetings with Cathrine are informative, educational, and constructive (dare I say it, even fun). Not only has she got the know-how within the Clerk.io system, but she has been invaluable in helping me to get a new perspective on the marketing strategies for my e-commerce.

On the technical side of things, I'd like to give a shout-out to Fabio. The most patient, understanding, and helpful person in technical support. No question is too big or small.

After six months with Clerk.io, I can safely say this isn't just a marketing tool that you install and are left to your own devices to use. This is a marketing tool that brings with it a dedicated team that is there to answer anything at any time.

This is a company where it is very apparent wants to pave the way for marketing in the future, but at the same time knows and prioritizes the importance of personal help and communication.

The software works, but the Clerk team, customer service and technical service are above all ratings.

Do you discover the goodness of a company only when you have problems? Here, then Clerk is the best you can expect.

They said they would give me a discount when I wanted to leave them to give it another try with their poor performing app so instead of the just over €200, I'd be charged €170 for a bit while I tried their suggestions. They took OVER €1700 out of my account! Stay away from them and don't authorise a direct debit

I must say that I am really impressed with the recruitment at Clerk. Majbrit reached out to me at Linkedin and what a kind, professional and exciting mail that was. I have had many job recruiters reaching out to me. And the mails always feel very standard and not very personal. This was different.

We have always received immediate and in-depth support for Clerk usage in our Magento 2 store; from our account manager (Theo), as well as from the respective technical support people (Fabio and Oliver), and we are very satisfied.

Very satisfied, used the search function and sliders with good sales results. My contact Catrine Ella Falk was very helpful through our meetings and followed up with emails asking how my store was doing.
