Purchased one of their hot tubs from Homebase but have discovered, after the purchase, that the company are in administration and therefore unable to register warranty. This is in breach of contract and an issue Homebase will now need to rectify but I suggest everyone experiencing this issue requests a full refund.
A terrible choice :( I had the first heating fault fixed in the warranty period ... had to pack the whole thing back (not that easy) because the heater was integrated into the wall of the hot tub. Now that a different heating fault has manifested (out of warranty) after working OK the day before, emails to their support just get ignored (similar to other one star reviewers have found). Decided now to give up and buy the brand that reviewers have rated highly!
Sofari-sogoodi !
Early days. Quite easy to set up. Takes a while to heat up. Probably best kept in the shade, not full sun. Good value kit so far. Use chlorine chemical sparingly.
Absolute pile of crap. 3 times it has broke and surprise surprise the company has gone in to administration. And even if they was to fix it it takes them 3 months to collect it and a further 3-4 months to fix. Absolute rip offs
Absolute garbage. Stay away. What i thought would be a cheap alternative has been nothing but hard work. 3 times I have had to empty this thing, pack it up and post it off and its just failed again after being on for 24 hours. In the process of emptying and skipping it. Waste of time for the money.
Don't ever but this product, we purchased 2 years ago and it faulted within a week, then took them 8/9 months to finally replace it due to the awful customer service, now just got the replacement one out this spring and its faulty the heater is not working.
I got a cleverspr over a lazy spr due to the fact it came with led lights,,,, the lights are not for the model of spr and dont fit so just a marketing scam,,, not really happy with it so far and i havent even used it yet,,,,
Brought this clever spa for my kids last years with in 2 weeks it wasn’t working took over 6 weeks to get it sorted. I’ve just got it out the shed where I have put it over the winter month and guess what it won’t work I’ve changed the fuse and nothing I’ve emailed and nothing the phone number I used last year to talk to someone now no longer works I paid £400 for this and I am fumin I can’t get hold of anyway to get it sorted
I have read through many reviews which I totally understand as exactly the same thing has happened to us. Heater broke within a couple of months. They were meant to collect and repair it. Heard nothing from them since. It’s nearly been a year of me trying to deal with this unusable hot tub. I’ve been storing it without a clue of what to do with it now.
I have just contacted the company who are in control of administration.
I have now made a claim
To them. I suggest you try too.
They just keep breaking
And now they are in administration
The heater & freeze guard functions no longer work. Hot tub purchased 17 Jul 2022. Fault originally reported 9 days ago (25 Jan 23). So I am in warranty and submitted a warranty claim for repair on their support site 7 days ago. No response so far. Cannot get any other support as the original site is gone and they do not answer the phones since they are in administration. Rubbish product lasted only 6 months and now nobody willing to reply and repair and honor the legal obligations they have. I will be following up with a solicitor if this continues.
DONT BUY ONE
my daughter an i bought cleverspa one each.. within a couple of weeks hers stopped heating, which was replaced.
mine develpoed a tear at the top of one of the spines which enable the tub to stay in position..
i have emailed the company and rang many times to no avail..line goes dead and advised you to go to website.. which now seems to be unavailable...This company is a disgrace, ther is no after sales whatsoever.. there in noone to speak to and no email replies..
I have used the inflatable hot tub for the first time and it has a leak - the water is going down by about two inches each day. We think it might be from the pump area, but difficult to be precise. I cannot get hold of the company to ask for a replacement or refund: the website seems to be down and the phone number takes me to Virgin Media TV. Really frustrating.
Ordered a thermal cover in the sale for £60. Super quality and fast delivery from Amazon. Hope the company get back on its feet soon as they have excellent products.
Clever Spa & The Clever Company are now in administration - If you are looking for support you will not receive it.
The administrators (Howard Smith and Richard Harrison from Interpath Advisory) have removed the website which seems a very backhanded way of shutting things down and communicating with customers.
I ordered a thermal hot tub cover one evening and,
in the morning I released I had ordered the wrong size. I contacted Cleverspa and explained the situation within 1/2 hour customer services call me back to say the order had been cancelled and to expect a refund so I could order the correct size. I decided to wait for the refund before ordering the correct size but three/four days later the order arrives with the wrong size cover.
I phoned customer services to be greeted with a message there was a fault on the line so sent an email to customer services.
The fault on the phone line has been there for 3 weeks. I have sent various emails but no one has contacted me.
All I want to do is swap the cover for the correct size. Very disappointed customer.
I am happy with my purchase however I got a hot tub to send back for repair and had no correspondence back.
I wrote to you asking to return the cover using your on line portal but to date you haven't responded. This was several weeks ago and this is also my second complaint. Very poor CS.
You cannot get through on the phone and they do not answer your emails only send a generic reply. My hot tub isn't working and they have not helped at all
Great product Perfect fit Looks to be high quality for the price Fast shipping This was the only place I could find this product
