Works well shame about the look
The cover arrived quickly and so far is doing the job and hot tub is heating up quicker now.
The look of the covers suffers from being vacuum packed it is massively creased and scrunched to the extent it looks really scruffy on the hot tub and a bit of an eye sore now.
I appreciate it doesn't affect it's function but I would consider not vacuum packing them

Item never arrived. Two emails and over a month later and still no refund. Shocking customer service!
Later told I had been emailed which I had not. Still no refund 2 months later.

Dreadful Packaging Condition!!
Ordered a new inflatable to go in our hot tub at a great 50%discount.
Arrived fairly quickly, but couldn’t believe my eyes when I opened the waterproof cover!!
The box was crumpled, ripped and soaking wet!! Rather disappointing from a company like Cleverspa!!
Fortunately the inflatable itself appears to be ok!

New to Hot tub ownership
Bought a Spa Hot tub on the spur of the moment and CleverSpa was the brand. Such an easy item to look after, already added extras: thermal winter cover, thermal floor tiles, inflatable cover support, headrests, sun canopy etc. Everything is very good quality, having read reviews on other brands I'm really pleased I chose this one. No external motor, all built into the wall of the spa.

Excellent product, great company.
Good comms, fast delivery and a good price for the product. The spa cover is FANTASTIC. Heating the spa is so much faster and you can feel the heat that it's trapping underneath. Really pleased with it.

genuine clever spa dip tests…
Needed the genuine clever spa dip tests as I had bought a competitor's 100 pack dip test and had directly compared their results side by side instantaneously.
The results were very much different on alkalinity and chlorine ppt. I had used the alternative test strips to adjust levels and found the bathers comfort was compromised.
I went to purchase more cleverspa strips from the shops but due to seasonal trade found they were unavailable. Using the clever spa website ifound what I needed quickly, Checkout was easy and items were delivered within 3 days, a great shopping experience, thankyou

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. The motor broke and it took the best part of a year to get it fixed. It went back three times. It was then fixed for about a month and then broke again by which time it was out of its warranty. It is now in the bin. I will never buy a hottub from this company again.

Amazing!!
Amazing!!! Read all the reviews and I'm always wary as to whether they are true but my "thermal coat" for my hot tub is the business!!! It keeps the heat in the water and is worth every penny and was extremely good price to start
