Perhaps some more specific instructions on how to treat the water etc. would be helpful. i.e. how much Chlorine to add after installation.

Great Warranty Service
I have a Cleverspa Mia and the electrics had failed. I looked for my receipt only to discover it was out of warranty by about 2 months. The cost to repair was set to be about £170. I was already in the process of booking it in when Vicky from Cleverspa telephoned to say I had an extended warranty as I registered the product with 28 days of ownership. I had completely forgotten so she could have easily made me part with some cash. The PRCD on the power cable had given up so it was sent back for repair. On the first day I had it I trapped the cable in my window because I had to run it through to my kitchen while I waited for the outside socket to be installed. This cut the cable to expose the internal wiring (Just the casing not the core) but I taped it up and carried on. When I sent it back I was half expecting to be told it was my fault to avoid the cost of repair however, Cleverspa replaced the entire cable without question as the fault was nothing to do with this. Looking at some reviews it appears some customers feel Cleverspa are out to cheat them. From my experience this isn't the case as they had two opportunities to do that to me and didn't. From collection to return took 10 days and I deserve a nice soak in the tub tonight. Thanks Cleverspa

Cannot fault the service
Cannot fault the service. Ordered on a Sunday morning and arrived by half past 10 the following Tuesday.
The thermal cover fits the tub perfectly. If anything it's a bit long. Which isn't a bad thing, means you can tuck it under and give you extra. We've only had the tub on a couple of times since having the cover & cannot fault it. We've only lost 3c overnight which is unbelievable. All being well it'll cut down on the heating costs loads.

Poor quality control and complete lack of support,
I contacted online support for assistance with a missing item, one week later all I have received is an automated acknowledgment.
Hot tub cover is woefully inadequate in keeping water from pooling and during rain it sinks so far as to reach the internal water causing the heater to heat the pooling water on the top of the cover. .
