The app is no longer usable because you are forced to see adverts before you are allowed to use it. I will now unplug my 4 Clever Dog cameras and bin them. What a total waste of money.

I used to like the clever dog camera, now every time I open it I'm bombarded with ads. It's frustrating when you want to check on your pet quickly and you can't get rid of the ads. I wouldn't recommend buying a clever dog camera to anyone

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE CAMERA'S!!

These camera's were great when I 1st purchased them some year's ago, I have 4 of them and they've been rendered useless because of all the ADVERTS ADVERTS ADVERTS ADVERTS!!!
I have had to replace them all with Tapo camera's which have no adverts and go straight to camera view once opened, far better with no annoying adverts!!

Clever dog are bound to be losing money now if people read all these reviews, better to sell your product or lose money because of ADVERTS?

Used to love this camera and it's ease of use, even when I moved it from room to room depending on the situation at the time. Now it's an awful product due to fighting my way through the advertising just to get a quick look at the camera view!!
Recently it doesn't even want to give me access when I'm out and about so it's going in the bin!!

Clever dog used to be useful, but now I cannot see more than a few seconds of video before it switches to a page of adverts on my browser. I have not been able to look at recorded video due to the adverts appearing as soon as I click on SD video! It’s going in the bin today.

Just a tip.
To avoid the commercials set your device to airplane. Start the app. No commercials. Disable airplane settings. Camera directly available.

Don't buy this!! Adverts that you cannot get rid of without jumping through hoops. And now overbearing audio adverts... With no off button. USELESS

Since 2018 I have used 3 clever dog cameras that used to be amazing and efficient. I got sd cards for them to record events and that was so useful. Now they are mind numbing with adverts. WHY???
Why should I wait 30 seconds to a minute before I can see what is happening outside my property. Being held to ransom to pay for 3 subscriptions is despicable. I rarely use them now.

The camera and app were great for a few years. Now, as others have said, you have to waste minutes going through adverts!! Defeats the object of wanting a quick check on the dogs! Totally ruined the product. Do not buy!

This set up used to be really good, clear and fast.i have 3 of these cameras and 1 WOOX. Now you cannot get to your CCTV due to multiple advertisements, some of which you cannot close down so you have to shut the app and reload multiple times. Avoid like the plague! I would advise you to purchase other alternatives like WOOX HOME where you can get straight into your recordings or live stream with one click.
Today I shall be ordering more WOOX cameras to replace my Clever Dog cameras.

The fact you have to wait forever to access your camera is a joke. This is because they make you watch advertisement after advertisement where you can’t skip.

It’s absolutely ridiculous!

Load of rubbish I wouldn’t bother buying one.

Cleverdog looks like abandoned now damn full of ads the binded cams are now deleted and can't make it work now, even logging in or change password doesn't work

Whilst I don't mind some advertising within an app. The app that you have to use to view your camera is so bad that sometimes you will have to wait for an unreasonable length of time to view the camera which is hopeless when you need to look at it. Use a Blink camera or similar instead.

It was my first trip away and had to find suitable and trusted place for my Oliver.
Cleverdog was recommended to me by my community in Damac Hills. Went for a visit to check the place and I fell in love with the how clean and professional everyone was. The camera access was essential. I was watching my Oliver all the times playing and having fun. Even when there was an issue with the connection it took 1 WhatsApp msg to them and it’s fixed. After a week being away I picked up Oliver today and he was so clean and smelt like a baby. Now I feel very relaxed to find a trusted place for my baby. Thank you for everyone. Highly recommend

If I could give no stars I would.
After using the camera for a few years it has now been rendered useless due to the intrusive ads that won't let you actually access the camera feed .
Camera binned and app deleted, time to look elsewhere.

Every time I try to look at captured videos I gets loads of irrelevant adds.
Now getting rid of clever dog and using blink ccctv

Now in the bin after years of use adverts adverts adverts now using blink

Working fine for over 4 years and now Ads before see video. All 7 cameras go to BIN. Not Recommend

After using these cameras for years I now have to join the voices saying don't buy. I can only guess they are going bust, take over or sumsutch. Adverts is all you get on the app. I tried to log out and re log on. I got half way.

After reading other people's experiences I bought Tapo, in the UK you can get these in Argos, I fitted them quickly and got the app working OK all is good now.
