I love the direct communication that was provided via email.

This company is total garbage. I bound the phone for services but it didn't stay bound. My daughter ended up going out and getting drugged by some guy and was lucky to find her way home. I'll never trust this crappy app again. They had no problem taking my money but doing what they claimed they couldn't get it right. Sad

Avoid, unless you want to lose money. It does not work as advertised. Besides that, the way it is promoted is very suspicious as well. for example, they will advertise you have a promotion of yearly subscription for only 49.99. then when you provide your credit card, suddenly 100+ dollars is deducted. and later on when you ask for an explanation, they tell you that 49.99 is a small part of the plan, but in order to subscribe for the program itself you need to pay 100+ dollars. that's like Mcdonalds advertising burgers for 50 cents but when you order one youre asked to pay a few dollars because that 50 cents only refers to the lettuce inside.

after their reply, nobody contacted me. so theyre just putting on some "show" to let people think they care.

Im happy with the KidsGuard Pro program,it does it job as promised,
I wish it wouldnt be necessary to access the target device everytime it needs an update. Also the voice messages on instagram still are not working at me,even if i reinstalled the program. Customer service is reliable. Since i started used this program, Sara was very helpful and prompt. I always appreciate her faat response and help. Definitely recommend it

Do not buy this application!!!!!
They’re selling you a product which is difficult to install, (you need a BSC in IT )
What is not simple to install is useless software!
And do not call me !!!
I am losing my time with you on the phone!!!!

I bought this product and it is tremendously FLAWED. Not many of the services even work most times. It shows the targeted devices as offline/not in use, when the device is online and in use. It does not track most of the phone calls, or record them. And it does NOT capture the text messages, location history most of the time. It really is a total waste of money for what the company advertised. It is a complete rip-off and I advise others to pay attention to the BAD reviews because they are real people who have spent their hard earned money on a falsely advertised tracking app. Buyers beware.

Excellent service. I have mistakenly paid twice due to my mistake, but the Maise have quickly attend to my matter and solved. I got my refund in one day.
