I've been learning Spanish on and off for many years, at many different venues, with teachers of all sorts of flavors/experience. In March 2023, on a whim, I booked a 2-week intensive course at CLIC International House Sevilla. The booking process was easy, CLIC was very responsive, and easy to communicate with. It was a fantastic experience! An outstanding language school in a most wonderful city! My only regret – I should have booked a 4-week course. But I’ll be back! The quality of learning is far superior to any community college I've experienced. CLIC offers a large variety of classes and levels, the placement tests (written and oral) are efficient and accurate. The teachers are seasoned professionals, the course material is interesting and encourages active participation. In addition, CLIC is offering a wide variety of very interesting cultural events at no or very affordable cost. Muchisimas gracias to all of the CLIC staff, and especially to my wonderful teacher Piedad.

great school, good teachers and nice outside-of-school activities.
The only thing a bit annoying was starting a new week, having different teachers every week and different classrooms as well. You did not know this always on a Friday but had to figure it out on Monday morning before class.
Overall I have had a great experience, thank you for everything!

Fabulous central location in the historic centre of Málaga. Many wonderful teachers (especially enjoyed having many different teachers with different accents and varied teaching styles), friendly staff, excellent excursions arranged by the school.
Met lots of lovely people young and old (and in-between as well). Amazing city with a fabulous temperate climate even in winter.

Teenage daughter has done several courses with Clic so reviewing from parents perspective. Daughter now speaks fluent Spanish after a winter term- B1.2. During the low season she was able to book in week to week in the intervals between her other gap year projects. Clic is popular with gap year students from Northern Europe during the winter and Cadiz is an Erasmus destination so lots going on in winter. The conversation classes brought people from different ages/backgrounds together and have broadened her world view. She has made friends for life. The teachers go the extra mile-some classes were one on one during low season. As a solo traveller she did not encounter significant problems getting to the school/ hall of residence from Seville and Malaga airports by public transport and didn’t have any special security concerns. The school is near the beach which they enjoyed most afternoons.Dealing directly with Clic in Cadiz was a pleasure - no hiccups at all, admin staff spoke English and took payment over phone when daughter had card problems. I cannot recommend Clic Cadiz more highly

What an amazing experience. I originally booked for one week and ended up staying two. The course was perfect and the cultural experiences so well planned. The staff are all so lovely and helpful and the teachers just brillant.
I'll be back

Victor was a great teacher that made me get out of my comfort zone and actually speak Spanish in class. I learned a lot in my two weeks there.

That was a great week at CLIC, I learned a lot. Not only in class with a really good teacher but also while participating in activities offered by CLIC, like a museum tour or a movie night. I'll come back.

Great experience in both locations (Sevilla and Malaga). Super nice teachers and good ambiance within the group.
I particularly enjoy the activities in Sevilla, well organized and very interesting.

This was my second time returning to CLIC. I attended for 4 weeks in October and 1 week in February. I found that I could slip in easily at my correct level when I returned and continued to make wonderful progress in the week.
I shall be returning in June for 2 more weeks and I think this speaks to the excellence of the experience at CLIC. It feels like my home in Andalucía. I love the cultural programme which complements the excellent teaching and atmosphere in the whole building.

I had a great week at Clic Malaga. My teachers were Maialen and Rafa. I couldn't have wished for better teachers. My classmates (who had been taking classes for weeks or months) told me that not every teacher was as good as these 2 teachers.
I learnt a lot of new grammar but also repeated the basics. I found the repetition of basic grammar to be positive. I now understand the application of "ser" and "estar" even better. As only Spanish was spoken in the classes, I was forced to actively participate in Spanish. I would like to come back to the school again, but the next time I would definitely go longer.

The small class size was a plus for learning Spanish. Our instructor was patient and gave a thorough explanation of grammar points. The no pressure technique made learning a pleasure. Cultural activities offered enhanced the understanding of the people and language. Clic offers a pleasant way to learn as an adult learner.

Clic uses mostly a neurologist approach in the classroom so although you're learning language structures and grammar you're hearing and speaking only in Spanish.

The lessons with Paulette where great! The afternoon lessons with Miguel also. I learned a lot about the Spanish history there. The only thing i would have liked a little big more is a bit more encouragement to speak more sentences. Of course i see that it is difficult as a beginner, but still i think there is improvement there, that can be done. The food, the school, the accomodation, the city, the people, the timetable, the activities and the whole experience where simply awesome! Thank you very much for the experience!
