Quick, polite and efficient
Got through straight away. Spoke to Sam, who came across as polite and very knowledgeable, and who gave a competitive quote, explained everything clearly and answered all questions efficiently. Took out a gap policy. Whole procedure only took about 10 minutes. Very happy

Brought myself a decent second hand car. But as we all know things go wrong down the line. So I took out a 5 star warranty. A short time after I had a gearbox fault arrive on my dash.
Started the claim with click4, all well and good. Thought these seem a decent company and are willing to help their customers. How wrong was I…
The car was picked up on 9/9/25. I’ve just 7/11/25 received a phone call from my chosen garage telling me after all the assessments they’re not paying the bill. They couldn’t even be bothered to ring me themselves. Which the guy at the garage wasn’t best pleased about!
Apparently the reason being “the car’s been driven with a fault”
Well yes obviously that’s why it’s broken down. I’ve never heard of anyone stripping a car down to parts to assess if there’s going to be a problem in the future. The assessor they sent out can tell just by looking at parts that a car’s been driven with a fault. Never heard so much …….. in all my life. This part being a torque converter and clutch. The car wouldn’t go into gear so it couldn’t be driven.
Absolutely appalling service and it’s really not worth taking a policy out with these guys. Put the money away for a rainy day. Im currently waiting for the invoice to come through and is expected to be around £5800

Well there was a great discount available on MSE, and I have used this company before. I've never needed to make any claim but it is peace of mind and sense of security that you buy when you purchase a brand new car on finance.

Absolutely USELESS!
I have a 5 star warranty cover with this company... They are happy to take your money, but don't actually cover anything if something were to go wrong. I'm going to back to Warranty Wise as Click4group are useless! Wish I hadn't purchased the cover! Such a waste of money! I'm going to try and get a refund!

Nice and straightforward
This was nice and straightforward, I went for 5star warranty cover.
My dealership wanted £630 for the year with less benefits to Click4.
I’ve been shopping around for almost a month and found this company to be top of my list, not just because of the price but what they cover!
