I had a great experience with Click4Group GAP Insurance today. I contacted them to get a quotation, and a lady from their team called me and explained everything in a very clear and professional way. She took enough time to explain all the terms and conditions in detail and answered my questions patiently.
Her explanation was so clear and helpful that I felt confident and comfortable, and I decided to take the insurance. The customer service was excellent, polite, and very informative.
I am really satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Click4Group GAP Insurance to others.

If I could give none I would , nightmare to get a hold off and very hard to deal with when you eventually get the hold of them ! I did lodge a complaint with click over my issue but not sure how far it went tbh

Very helpful call centre staff providing a clear explanation and clarifying the policy. . Web policy wording is for cars but reassured that policy covers motorbikes. Staff explained call confirming motorbike cover is recorded for clarity and posterity. Good value for money for same policy, with the same underwriter, sold by a specialist motorbike broker

I was looking for an extended warranty and approached Click4warranty to ask if they would cover hybrid aspects of a car.
I received a fairly abrupt reply basically saying 'no'.
To all those that have a policy with C4W, and a hybrid car, you might want to cancel it as, according to them, you may not be covered.
