There was a big variety of products for me to pick from as well as the deals they run often like the 1p deals. The deliveries came really quickly and everything was well packaged. I have some allergies but they were very quick at responding to me about what was in the items I wanted to choose. Very friendly team. Definitely recommend

Bought £20 mystery box on special. JUST CHECKED AND EVERY PITIFULL ITEM WAS OUT OF DATE. THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED EITHER ON THEIR PAGE, ORDER OR VIDEO OF PRODUCT.

BOX WAS NOTHING LIKE THEIR VIDEO WITH 11 TEMS THE SAME

So the items themselves have turned up OK 1 bag of the crisps split open and the flapjack yogurt bar had been split open which resulted in them being thrown away. The mystery box its self is really decent with a good selection of stuff completely new to me. 1 down point is the customer service and delivery times. Both could do with serious improvements.

What an amazing company great products at great prices any problems are delt with straight away great customer service nothing is too much trouble great communication a pleasure to do business with ,and I regularly do now

I ordered a £20 box the item description stated everything that would be included and that everything would be in date, the box I finally received was completely different to the items listed on the website and all but one item was past its best before by quite a few months, I worked out the total value based on the items they had listed on their own website and it would have cost me £16 to buy it all separately not that I would as they had clearly sent all the crap that nobody wanted to buy.
They don’t accept returns on food items so most of it went in the bin and I was left out of pocket.
The box they sent it in was ridiculously large and most items arrived crushed or broken.
They also don’t allow negative reviews on their website and are deleting comments and blocking you on social media if you dare to leave a truthful negative comment, it was thanks to them deleting my comment and blocking me on instagram yesterday that I am writing this review today 😜
Please avoid this company, there are far better out there and B&M have a great selection of USA products that are in date.

Absolutely amazing! I can’t believe how much I got for so little money! They give you such a variety on their weekend deals 99p mystery box!!! The best small business sweet shop I’ve ever brought from and will definitely be ordering again in the future!!

Items missing from my order, they refunded two of them, two were not refunded at all, not the best quality, ordered a cookie what was in date but tasted stale, won’t order again.

We’ve just tried clickinit for the first time and it wasn’t bad. Some of the items had short dates or just past their BBE dates but there was nothing wrong with the items. We had the 15 item for 15p offer and everything seemed OK plus we ordered a few other items to make it up to £15 min order value. Will try again

Minimum spend £15.. fair enough. They sent out a savoury box when I ordered the £20 US mystery box. I then had to pay £10 (or send the savoury box back but my baby had broken one of the bags so couldn't.) to get the ACTUAL product I had ordered sent out. Then it arrived and it's literally just a few boxes of sour sweets 1 can of drink and 3 other small items. not even close to being worth £20 and there are plenty of sites out there who give ACTUAL value.
Ontop of all this they abuse the review system on their website and DO NOT ALLOW ANYTHING BELOW 4 STAR outright fraudulent.

Don’t waist your time the 99p crisp box 3 pls of Doritos out date cheerio’s out of date small bags 2 put of date . The £20 American box all sours 2 bars of chocolates it not £20 at all won’t be doing again

Was absolutely great - delivery took a bit longer than expected but we endured a few bank holidays so they’re forgiven. I got £££ of goodies that I’ve shared with friends, family and coworkers and my cupboard is still stocked! Their deals are fab - I got a 1p mystery box with 10 items in it and everything was in date and of good quality!!! Defo gonna restock and use these guys again 😍😍😍
