Fantastic customer service and always…

Fantastic customer service and always brilliant products! Have amazing weekend deals every week and for me it’s a very fairly priced website for the products they sell.

I ordered a while back and had a missing item from one of there amazing weekend deals which was sorted very quickly, offered me a refund plus sending out in my next order which I had already placed before receiving my first order. I refused the refund as it was an incredible deal already and didn’t want them to loose out because of a simple mistake, my item was sent out in the next order I placed and can confirm I received it!

Lovely people and amazing products! 100% recommend to others! ❤️

Poor mystery box

I have ordered a few times my recent one that was delivered today was a little disappointing. I ordered the midweek deal of a £5 American mystery box which showed an array of delights well it wasn't a box it was a bag with 7 little items in. Very disappointed as I got this to see what the mystery box's were like before going to order another more expensive one I would say I got less for my money yeah it was £5 but it was disappointing. I got more for 99p you get 10 items and all way more than 99p in cost it's a mystery box in itself. Will not be buying mystery box's from here again

Not overly happy with delivery times

Not overly happy with delivery times, order on the 25th and paid £4.69 and my order is only just intransitive, god knows when it'll turn up, and my first order too, not a great impression but we will see when the items eventually turn up

Great little company

Great little company, ordered from here a few times now, products are fab, loved all the mystery products we received, had a little misunderstanding with one of my orders, but they were really quick to reply and sorted everything out super fast. Really impressed and will definitely be a customer for life now!

DO NOT ORDER -SCAMMERS!!!

Ordered on the 17/3 & just arrived - not within the time frame 🙄 Stated I would get 20 batch smarties, etc cookies and got a mixture of one’s you can buy from your local shop! No flavour just plain.. Didn’t even inform me of this. I would of cancelled if this was the case. Twinkies I ordered are full of condensation - not ideal as extremely soggy now! Such a let down after you’ve posted lots of miss leading things onto your platforms!

ALSO EXPIRED FOOD !!!!

Will not be ordering again.
