Köszönjük, hogy megosztotta velünk a tapasztalatait. A kollégáimmal folytatott telefonos egyeztetések után rendszerünkben is kivizsgáltuk az esetet, és szeretnénk itt is újra megerősíteni, hogy az italcsomag a foglalás során nem került hozzáadásra, így annak díja sem került kifizetésre felénk. Emiatt az italcsomag az utazási szerződésben, az MSC visszaigazolásában, valamint a beszállókártyán sem szerepelt.
Ugyanakkor számunkra kiemelten fontos, hogy Ön elégedett legyen, ezért, ahogy azt emailben és telefonon is jeleztük Önnek, irodánk most kivételesen vállalja, hogy amennyiben a hajón befizetik az italcsomagokat, megtérítjük az előre lefoglalható ár és a helyszínen fizetett összeg közötti különbözetet.
Bízunk benne, hogy ezáltal hozzájárulhatunk ahhoz, hogy a hajóút méginkább kellemes legyen.

Keep up the good work
I have just booked my 5th cruise with ClicknCruise. The website is easy to use, the whole process is straightforward, if I have additional questions, they respond promptly and prepare all the documentations very precisely. I always know what to do next before my trip.
Sometimes there are very good deals on the website due to the real-time booking.
What I miss is the option to choose my cabin via their website - if it is not a guaranteed cabin -, but I'm sure it will be included in the upcoming developments.
Definitely recommended.
