Very poor experience and rude staff. Also worth noting this company has now rebranded as "Tyre Experts", same address, just new sign and website.

Ordered and paid for some hard to find N rated (Porsche) tyres, 3 weeks later no tyres, no communication at all, ignored me completely - didn't respond to a single message left with staff on phone, their own websites contact form or email address. Had to do a chargeback via my card company, then purchased via different online supplier who got them to me within 3 days - if you need tyres online then I'd avoid these people at all costs.

After purchase, tyres were not available (although shown on the website).
Awful customer service, no one called me back!
Had to call 5 times and no information.
Finally got a refund.
They wasted my time - Avoid

Ordered 2 rear tyres for my BMW M5. It was specified that I would only order the tyres if they would arrive on a certain day, they guaranteed this. I was going away in the vehicle the next day, hence the rush. They thought it was acceptable to send 1 tyre and advised me the other one would arrive 4 days later, I don't know what I'm meant to do with 1 tyre? Appalling service. I have 6 vehicles and will never use this company again.

Largest rang and largest sizes of winter tyres are available at clickontyres. My friend was suffuring from poor services of winter tyre but now he is happy after buying tyre from clickontyres.
