I've had a great experience with Brixly…

I've had a great experience with Brixly for their hosting solutions.

Their customer service is responsive and always accurate with their advice — no vague answers, just clear and helpful guidance.

Server status updates are up to speed, and if there’s ever an issue, they’re quick to communicate and resolve it.

Reliable service and a team that knows what they’re doing.

Totally Worst Service

Totally Worst Service. I have been last 5 Year with Brixly. After Enix acquired, Brixly service down top to ZERO. Ticket not reply. Waiting 12 hours per ticket. Can not get proper solution.

Try to avoid Brixly now!

Support is generic and slow to get to a…

Support is generic and slow to get to a useful response. As a reseller, I would expect to be treated as if I know what I'm talking about (more or less) yet answers never really address the question asked - it's almost as if they don't read them. It then takes 2 or 3 attempts at re-explaining things to get close to a useful answer - often after a different support person steps in.

Make Brixly Greater Again!

Make Brixly Greater Again!
A storytelling story in different layers about creative process and  collaborative teamwork -
that made all the difference during the transformation and saved the day during changing of the guard and a new owner... (headline for the long review that I can not post here)

(this is just a part of a much longer review in a Storytelling essay format that we can not post here for the rules - I short the important things down below - all things are entirely real and I have been there for 7 years. All reviews we do is honest and true - we never do it for money - we do it because it is great fun and for we want to give back to not only good - but even great companies)

NOTE: I see the bad reviews below and fully understand why they happened and where they come from - but disagree - after 7 years at Brixly. For instance, the email trouble - which I was bothered with too is on its way to have a much better solution and so on.

Very short from a very long review - I still like Brixly basically for that after the sale the new owners showed at once that they were willing to invest and expand the company, they presented their roadmaps and it looks very good to me, they have continued with a very high level of support where the former owner is involved,
I too showed very clearly - as below - that I wouldn´t accept the new template for the mail - which was very bad - they did counter that with their own inhouse mail-system which comes online very soon and for free.
I was very happy to hear this. They have delivered on every level for me - so I gladly stay - I would have left directly if they hadn´t been on the old Brixly excellent standard - but they are and I think the hosting-service will get even better with this new regim and their investment and their will to develope the company.
I will follow this and I think there could be a very exciting future and my expectation is that they will deliver.

If something bad happens at Brixly I will most probably come back and edit the rating and also easily leave the hosting it things would go down - but for now - they have a well deserved 5/5

I give BRIXLY still 5/5 in my review.

The mail system is a real disaster

The mail system is a real disaster; Gmail rejects emails, others simply don't arrive, Brixly constantly makes adjustments and worsens the situation. I regret this, Brixly was a good company, now we are looking for a place to move to.

Worst host ever

This company under Dennis was excellent and one of the best hosts money could buy. Now it's beyond rubbish.

Support told me my server would be back up in 2-3 hours 2-3 hours ago. Now they tell me, again, it will be back up in 2-3 hours.... is it any wonder I don't believe them and I do not think they are now remotely capable of hosting a digital business solution. No longer worth the price, go to some of the cheapie ones and give this a very wide berth.

I run a digital service on my websites, clients cannot now see their content as the sites have been down all day.

This means I have had complaints from my clients all day and all I can say to them is 'it will be back up in 2-3 hours' which I told my clients 2-3 hours ago. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They make your business look bad and don't give a toss.

Meanwhile I am paying my own team to sit and do nothing.

What has happened to this company?

What has happened to this company? When I joined them a year ago the service was excellent. Now they have been taken over everything has gone downhill. No replies to urgent tickets and server wide email failures.

Do not trust this company.

Do not trust this company.
I had an account with them until months ago, and didn't write a review first because i just wanted to forget them.
Basically I then decided to leave them because they wiped clean one of my websites hosted with them and they didn't even have a backup to restore from... I didn't myself (shame on me I know), but that's no excuse for this joke of a company.
After I left them, the plesk server I was hosted on kept sending me emails about let's encrypt not renewing.
Finally today I decided to have them fix this, and their response was "you can add our email address to a filter"... unbelievable, what a joke!
You don't deserve even 1 star!

For reseller hosting in the UK you…

For reseller hosting in the UK you won't get much better, I've had 20 years experience of this and know what is good & bad, Brixly know what resellers need and understand our requirements.
Support always goes the extra mile, especially Dennis the CEO/MD as he will even reach out to solve the more complex problems that can crop up.
Hosting services will never be 100% due to the multitude of external factors involved, but the main factor is how any issues are dealt with, and these guys have cracked it.
Overall an excellent service from a company that goes beyond great support.

I know this is not the correct review page, but it is the correct company and they deserve the mentions / reviews.

Terrible service received

Terrible service Takes them 3 hours to respond to an urgent ticket then when you complain about it they call you with a bad attitude cannot talk nicely on the phone consistently arguing saying that they are not wrong you the client is wrong that its all a miss understanding.

this kind of client service is unheard of

There is just one word to describe this…

There is just one word to describe this company and that's 'OUTSTANDING'. Outstanding product, outstanding technical support team, outstanding customer service and outstanding business ethics!

Seriously, this company should be used as a 'best practice' model for any aspiring competitor because nothing is too much trouble for them. Their technical expertise teams are clearly something that they take a great deal of pride in. The response time to tickets are measured in minutes, not the usual hours or days that we have come to expect from other companys.

There are a huge number of businesses out there offering similar services but, if you are looking for 100% reliability, value for money and a pair of safe hands, look no further than Brixly Web Solutions. .

I would like to personally thank the whole team at brixly. The support and helpful information has been absolutely outstanding. Going that extra mile for their service. Great bunch of people I can see my self been a customer a very long time. Thank you again really does mean alot.

EASILY THE BEST

Easily the best by far. I have a reseller with them and they always go the extra mile for their customers.
I would highly recommend their reseller Package which is also cheaper than most others on the internet today.
Ive had no problems with any of their services and rarely had to contact customer support since their knowledge base is easy to understand.
If your considering signing up then i guarantee you wont be disapointed and i would definately get signing today..GREAT COMPANY
